First, I want to say that I used to be a regular customer here, but the service and food have declined to the point where it’s honestly unacceptable. The food no longer tastes fresh; it feels like it’s been sitting out for a while before being served. On top of that, most of the staff aren’t wearing hair nets, and the customer service has gotten worse.
Almost every time I’ve gone through the drive‑thru, there’s been at least one issue with my order: missing items, soda drinks that taste like carbonated water, or something as simple as unsalted fries. And whenever I’ve gone back to get the item I paid for or have the order corrected, I’ve been met with either laughter or someone handing me salt packets instead of actually fixing the problem.
At this point, I genuinely believe the entire store needs a full retraining or at least stronger supervision. The standards here have dropped way too far for this to be ignored.

I very highly recommend this McDonald’s location. I’ve pulled through before 7 am for breakfast; I’ve pulled through closer to 10 for breakfast. I’ve pulled through around 11 for lunch; I’ve pulled through closer to 3 for lunch. Every time, and in my experience all the time, this McDonald’s location is staffed with high quality individuals who will brighten your day and definitely all know how to do their job efficiently with excellent service and very good time management. Furthermore, the food is always made very well. Any time and every time I’ve gone through the drive through, I get through it in a timely fashion, am greeted by kind and caring individuals, and leave with the best made McDonald’s that I personally know of in the St. Louis Metro area.

I was told this is the best McDonald’s in north county, so I have tried it three times so far and must agree. Each time the food is hot and fresh and the staff is very friendly. Keep up the excellent service!

I don’t usually write reviews but this McDonald’s is so horrible. I am convinced that the only reason they remain in business is because they are one of only few restaurants in this area. I ordered a chicken strips meal with an iced coffee drink and the Uber eats driver said that they didn’t have the iced coffee. I asked him to cancel the order but of course he didn’t. I received my order with a hot coffee in the bag. Minutes later another Uber eats driver arrived with an order for my coworker and it had an iced coffee in it. My order # was 669 and his was 671. Not to mention these fries food looked old and wasn’t even warm. Then, you can’t get in touch with anyone at the store because the number goes to a fax machine. I was and am so disappointed in this company. Y’all really need to do better.

Now it is a very sad day, when. A customer asks I figured out was a manager when I asked for a #9 w/o cheese and butter. So what i get was a #9 w/o cheese &breakfast sauce. And still got butter on my food. I still had to go in and wait for a out 6 mins to get some breakfast sauce. I was a manager @ this store when It opened and it has gone completely down the DRAIN. Will not patronize this one again
