I placed an order this morning, spent $30 …here from out of town. RIDICULOUS…. FIRST, MY FOOD WAS THROWN IN THE BAG, Like the trash place it came from. My coffee was full of grounds. I ordered 3 med. Only received 3, NO sugar, 6 creamer. Food was cold & disgusting. Oatmeal looking left OVER, hard, tough….If the “standard” is not SET….This happens. I expect a decent cup of coffee from McDonald’s worldwide. Hugely disappointed.

This place has gone downhill and fast. Service is slow, staff are not polite. They don’t answer the drive thru, you sit there for 10 minutes then have to come in. The orders take forever, they have a wait of 20 minutes just to get a simple order. they are constantly out of items. Totally ridiculous.

No sense of urgency everyone has an attitude McDonald’s. You guys have really ruined everything. You’re so focused on the money that you just said to hell with the consumer to get an order it takes 30 years. This place is the reason I drive to St. Charles area for food. All u will get here is room temperature food. And if u ask for it to be cooked a certain way, they still give it to you the way they want.
This morning I got a hash brown that had been dipped in grease just to knock off the cold from the freezer. So I basically got a limp Greasy potatoe. I gave it back and asked that it be cooked and drained properly. I’m attaching a picture of the replacement. Look at rhe grease on the napkin. Get some Mexicans or white people at this location so that I can get what I paid for. That was sad to say, but true.

This is the longest I’ve ever waited for food and it came out so cold. I don’t understand why they make all this food fast but don’t sever it fast. It just sits there and gets cold, then people get mad. There’s got to be a better way to handle this. If you’re ordering Uber Eats or Door dash, don’t do it to yourself.
