We loved the interesting interior that this location had, including a table with interactive lights embedded underneath the surface.
Our food was pretty decent, and since it was free monopoly rewards, it was even better. If you can avoid the staff, and come at a busier time (busier usually means the food is fresher), I suggest this location.
This time I ordered a large value meal and when she handed me the bag I glanced in, the fries container did not look very full but of course I wasn’t gonna say anything right there with people behind me. So I closed up the bag to keep the heat in like I always do, and when I got home sat down and finally opened the bag I was pissed. It was so obviously under filled. I’m not pissed over a few fries. I’m pissed because I absolutely hate being taken advantage of, and that’s what it feels like at this location every time. So I guess I’m also pissed at myself for trying again.
The pics are exactly how they came out of the bag, no I didn’t eat any fries on the way home lol.
It’s nice to have a McDonald’s that still feels family-friendly and welcoming — big thanks to the crew at the Kirkwood location for making our little dinner outing so special! ✨
I can clearly see that she is new and is not being trained properly or whatsoever.
It was extremely busy the order taker was not taking orders for over 26 minutes.
And when i get to the window i see this bald black guy with a football shirt scolding this sweet little girl at the window telling her she is encharged of asking what have people order to tell people at the kitchen and i know thats not how we ba-ra-pa-pa-pa… I wasnt loving it neither the 13 cars that drove away if i didnt had order it on the phone i would’ve driven off too. And if i was that girl I would’ve quit right there….
Fix your store and stop blaming your failures on the new people that arent encharged or ringing the food. Thats why nobody wants to work for this company.

UPDATE: I did get a message from the owner, BUT I don’t think him saying the employee is no longer there when I just went the other day and the rude employee is still there and literally same rude attitude, this goes to show yall do not take your customers seriously. Yall just Becareful because this specific employee will snatch your receipt and ask rudely and make you feel as if you need to rush and get out of the drive through immediately he really has no manners whatsoever the gestures he does to rush you and the attitude is just unacceptable. McDonald you can do better.
I hadn’t gone to this location in over 3 years after getting treated horribly in the drive through. I instead drove 5+ miles out of my way to another location. Today I decided to give this location another chance and regretted it immediately when I was once again treated badly at the drive through by the guy who was taking orders. Never coming back to this location again.
