Rudest employees of any McDonald’s anywhere in the US! God forbid if you are someone who isn’t using the app or not able to use kiosk because they will literally leave you standing at register and ignore you for half an hour plus and avoid looking at you and won’t take your order. And I order thru the app and thought I’d ordered a chicken sandwich and 2 pies but somehow my sandwich wasn’t on my order so I placed another order for the sandwich and when the girl brought out my sandwich she scolded me for placing another order and said I need to do it all together next time and rolled her eyes at me and then just turned around and ignored me like I was some piece of dirt when I was responding to her. I’ve never been treated so rudely ANYWHERE! WHAT IS WRONG WITH THESE PEOPLE? Just an fyi… Im your customer and if I want to order 20 different items and pay separately for each item then that’s what I will do! I’m the customer and the one who is SOENDING MONEY IN ORDER FOR YOU TO HAVE YOUR JOB–U KNOW, THE JOB U SHOULDN’T HAVE BE CUZ OF BEING A LAZY AND RUDE!! I cannot imagine ever speaking to any customer like she spoke to me and McDonald’s… Why are you allowing rude people to stay on working there? She clearly does NOT APPRECIATE THE PEOPLE WHO EAT THERE AND treating any customer the way I was treated would leave me with no quandary… She would’ve been fired if working for me. … But I know one thing is for sure I will never step foot in that McDonald’s again and I’m going to have to seriously question whether or not I’ll ever go to a McDonald’s again because that’s how upset that one person working there made me because I have spent a lot of money over the years to then have been treated like a dog and disrespected that way is just way more than what I will be able to handle. Get it together McDonald’s! It just doesn’t appear as though you guys actually care about your customers like you should. It is disgusting!!!!

The term fast food is a lie at this location. This was an unnessarily painful 24 minute ordeal. I try to avoid this location but now I’m officially done. They take no pride in doing a good job at customer service.
Today the car ahead of my family had an issue. After the fourth time an employee waved the customer receipt out the window it was clear no one inside could efficiently resolve the issue. So, I went inside to expedite our service and get the order. They acted like it was rocket science to get the order, which was ready and getting cold while the great debate continued at the drive up window. 10 more minutes inside, without an apology for the utter lack of customer service, and the mis-manager comes over. Where’s your receipt? I hand it to the mis-manager, and finally get the order. Get outside with this bag that is packed too heavily and it rips, spilling everything on the parking lot. Perfect.
Overall experience – typical for this location. Atypical for McDonald’s around the area or the nation for that matter. Their ethic, attitude, and customer service make the organization look horrible. Training in what customer service and resolution of issues mean need to happen immediately.

The customer service at this location is trash. All of the employees have an attitude. No one wants to work the front counter, leaving customers to use the kiosk. When mistakes are made, the employees get an attitude. This location needs to get rid of all of its grumpy employees and hire people who actually want to work. Management is also trash.
McDonald’s really needs to do better with the people they hire.

I ordered food from this McDonalds on natural bridge 63115 . Paid for 2 triple cheese burgers got 3 double cheese burgers instead with a basket of fries and fries where cold adwell. I paid a lot for this
And very very unsatisfied. I will not accompany this site again and im in this community. Sad sad sad food was nasty. Had to order a different meal from somewhere else.

Here for a Doordash and the whole staff of over 7ppl look like kids! Having loud and inappropriate conversations on the front line all while handing out the wrong food!!! The lobby is a mess…another woman has issues with her mobile order vanishing and there is no manager on duty to assist!

I placed a mobile order at 9:55:43 AM on 11/21/2025 for a steak, egg and cheese biscuit. I get to the drive thru about 10:25am to pick up my order. While I set there and see 2 vehicles that came after me place their orders first. While sitting there the menu switches to the lunch menu. Since 2 cars that came after me went before me I assumed the speaker on my side did not work so I just went ahead and drove to the first window. The lady says I did not get your order and I explained to her that I thought the speaker was broken. Here is my code. She say oh breakfast is over we can’t make that and that i should have placed the order before I got in the drive thru. I told her I placed the order while I was at home and it should already been made by now because it was before 10am when I placed the order. She stated well I’m sorry I don’t know what to tell you and closed her window.

I’ve been waiting…for THIRTY MINUTES. ITS NOT ROCKET SCIENCE, IT’S FROZEN FOOD YOU GET OUT OF A CARDBOARD BOX, WHY AM I WAITING 30 MINUTES TO JUST SPEAK WITH SOMEONE AT THE DRIVE THROUGH MIC. It says that it’s 24 hours but that’s not true. I was doing a Uber delivery drive for a nice wage and when I arrived, I saw coworker outside, smoking a cigarette and she really yelled at me before I pulled all the way to the drive-through and told me that they’re not open they need time to make breakfast

The food and service was horrible and I visit often and my sandwiches was old after I requested cook to order and they pulled me to the windows just for the food to still not be correctly cooked.
