I’m not sure who owns this franchise of McDonald’s but they honestly need their franchise revoked. I placed my order online ahead of time. When I arrived at the drive through to pick up I had to wait at the speaker box for 15mins just to be told they are no longer taking orders. This was 4 hours before closing. So it wasn’t an issue of ordering right before they close. I told the person on the speaker that I placed my order online the response was “well you’re going to have to wait”. No further instructions of pull up nothing. I assumed it might have been a staffing issue but as I got closer to the pick up window. There was 4-5 staff members standing around talking. When I got to the window the person just stared at me no greeting or nothing. I honestly didn’t hear the man in the window even speak. Not joking. He said 0 words to me in our interaction and handed me my bag of food. At this point I had waiting in line for 45mins. I arrived at the speaker box by 7pm drove off right before 8pm. I didn’t even double check my food cause I waited so long. By the time I got home opened up our food it was cold and burnt. I have pictures of our quarter pounders. I can deal with one bad situation from a restaurant but bad service and bad food from a fast food joint that is supposed to be the most consistent fast food places in the world. Revoke the franchise of this location. Read the reviews from the last few months. I’m not the only one experiencing this.

The worst McDonald’s I have ever visited. The food is below average, but the restaurant is filthy and I am currently on my almost 20th minute waiting in the store to be acknowledged for an online order.
The store is dirty inside and out. The floor around the soda machine is sticky like a college basement party. There are no napkins in the napkins containers. Boring and lyrically inappropriate 90s/2k r&b is blaring in the kitchen.

Not only is the service here consistently slow, but the employees are often rude and inconsiderate. Every experience I’ve had at this location has been disappointing. I continue to give it another chance because it’s close to my home and convenient when I’m in a rush… but yet again, another awful experience.
I placed a mobile order through the app for counter pickup because, as many other reviewers have mentioned, the wait times here are atrocious. When I arrived, all of the doors were locked.
I immediately tried to cancel my order in the app, but it would not allow me to because it claimed my order was already being prepared. So instead, I had to exit the parking lot and navigate back onto the busy main street just to re-enter through the drive-through. Anyone familiar with this location knows there are only one or two entrances from the main road, and once you exit the drive-through lane, you have to go all the way back around through heavy traffic. It’s chaotic and extremely inconvenient.
After finally getting through the drive-through, I was told my order still wasn’t ready. I was instructed to pull into a parking spot and wait — which took another 10 minutes.
In total, I spent 30 minutes trying to get a simple mobile order.
This is unacceptable. If the lobby doors are locked, the app should not allow customers to select counter pickup. If there was a legitimate reason for locking the doors, there should be a clear sign posted outside, or the pickup option should be disabled in the app. This experience reflects poor management and a lack of basic communication.

This place needs help. DO NOT CHANGE YOUR KIDS HERE!!!!!!!! walk in order food from the kiosk by the doors to make sure my food is right and also use the McDonald’s app. When I first get the food I am missing my burger and they forgot bacon on another burger and they messed up my chicken sandwiches. I got my kids burger and in the picture there was extra burger pieces in it. They gave me someone else’s order for my chicken sandwiches and they remade the burger that needed bacon on it wrong a second time so had to go back up there again. When going back up there there’s was an employee that wore a blonde wig and bad eyelashes that was so in love with her self that she pulled out her phone in front of customers checking her hair and makeup. There was a guy waiting on his food that was in front of her and all she had to do was put it in the bag and started yelling at the manager that hold her to do her job.

The staff could benefit from some basic customer service training. Very dry responses, no smiles, and it almost feels like taking your order is an inconvenience to them. The wait time for orders is always inexplicably long.
The bread on my Big Mac was hard, but I only eat the middle piece. They put the apple juice inside the happy meal box, so the fries were very cold.

Idk what their damn problem is here, but I’ve tried and tried again and each experience is worse and worse.
Most recently, I paid for an online order since I know their wait is usually atrocious, and once I came inside to pick-up, she said “we don’t have it.” I showed her I paid, had the order number, and gave my name – still no order. She got an older woman, who I can assume is the lead or manager, and she said “what do you want me to do about it?” I said a refund or my damn order. She replied, “how am I supposed to know what you got?” Maybe take the time to come from the back and read my damn PAID FOR receipt.
Whole time – my order was ready to go, packed up, and all with my name on it. I wasn’t the only person in there having an issue. And I wouldn’t have got it had I not pressed the issue, they just kept shrugging it off and turning to the next person. Just disgraceful.

This place is never open no matter what time of day it is. It doesn’t matter if I place an order on the app. Sometimes I can negotiate if they are open and get my order. There are plenty of people in and out all the parking spots and the building. Why is shift change at 12 pm and 5pm.

I ordered on the app for drive thru pickup. When I pulled up to the drive thru speaker I waited and waited finally after 4 minutes a voice out of the speaker said: “Drive thru’s closed you gonna have to come inside” I said I already ordered in the app, “I said the drive thru’s closed! When I went inside I saw 5 employees 2 were talking to each other very well loudly and laughing and doing nothing there was 1 cook moving very slowly a manager that was casually walking around joking around with the only person at the register and not offering to help anyone. They were playing music so loudly that you couldn’t hardly her what anyone was saying and it seemed to be the normal. I have stopped at this location many many times and for the most part always left happy, but I’ll have to say that this was the most unprofessional group of people I have ever seen in any restaurant except for the girl at the register ( had a face tattoo) she was the only person who was doing her best to try and help people get served. Maybe an area manager or supervisor could drop by and check out their stores once in a while. If had t already paid for my food in the app I would have just left. It will be a long time before I ever go back to that location if ever. I won’t even talk about the food.

The place is difficult to turn in and nearly impossible to get out if you’re turning left to leave. I sat in the drive thru with no movement so I parked and went inside. It was 330 in the afternoon and 3 cars in the drive thru and another 6 people waiting for orders inside. Overall, 20 minutes to get food. The floors were horribly sticky which makes me question the cleanliness of the cooking area. I had a double cheeseburger. I’d think with this much business the bun would’ve been new amd fresh but it was very stale. I can say the fries were fresh and hot and the reason I added a star.

I’m a dasher and came to this store last night. Lots of young kids running the store at night and people leaving telling me not to eat there because they saw a mouse. As I walk in there were two other dashers, waiting for their orders. Bags were piled up and I said something. The manager or whoever, rolled her eyes, took her time, and rudely handed the dashers their orders. Lastly, came my order and she intentionally ignored me , went to dancing and looking at her cooks phone. Meanwhile I’m waiting for the food and I’m late for delivery.
DoorDash didn’t care, said I can get my ratings back up in a couple deliveries. What you don’t understand is that ratings matter and situations like this, orders should be allowed to be cancelled and contact the customer for safety reasons. Needless to say I’ll never go there or dash there again. I recommend not ordering DoorDash from mcds at this location.
