11/13/2025. I went to McDonald’s around 10:50pm. Got home at 11:20pm. Experienced rude staff. When i got home, I opened my McDonald’s bag and my burgers were folded and squished. This is ignorant. I recommend not going to this McDonald’s whatsoever. If you have a different option to go somewhere else do it, don’t waste your time and money here.

Gross. Nasty. Tables had hair all over them. Food was terrible. Never been to a McDonald’s that had bad fries. Well I learned you can mess up even fries. Burgers were smashed together. Couldn’t even eat the stuff. Flies we crawling around and landing on my kids and I when we were eating. Weird looking bumps on the buns. Bathrooms had broken open tobacco pouch’s all over. Overall gross experience.

The sisters obviously weren’t managing the store tonight 12/21/2025 5:30pm. I ask for my food “fresh” well, they were to lazy to make it fresh and thought I was stupid. Unfortunately, I just didn’t have time to play “Karen” tonight. So, no you didn’t get away with it, your crew has been documented. I usually give out hints when I’m scoring the the store. I only gave out 3 because I was hungry.

Very rude service from management and other workers. The lady who took my order was very short and you could tell she was not interested in her job at all not only that but after she took our order the manager passed us our food by tossing the food into our hand with force. not only did we deal with terrible service with the customer service side but the people who made our food also put no effort in basically throwing the burger together. would not suggest this place for anything but the quick service( since they rush it all even when there isnt a soul in line nor are there other orders on screen)

Went inside the lobby ordered my food at the kiosk. I was told that those kiosks don’t print receipts when it tells you to take a receipt then we get our food and there is nobody in front of us in line and this is how I receive my sandwich. I will not be coming back to this McDonald’s ever again every time I come here there’s always an issue. The employees are not, very nice extremely rude and I’m not gonna waste my time and energy to talk to a manager because obviously they allow their employees to be rude and slap your sandwich together and that’s it. We also asked for extra caramel and extra whip cream and all frappe and paid for it and it didn’t even look like you got a regular one.

Ordered food online for curbside pickup. Ordered at 6:46pm. They got two of the five sandwiches wrong and gave us cold fries. Have been trying to call since 7pm. Have called over thirty times. Busy signal every time. It’s now 9:40pm. They’ve taken their phone off the hook. Absolutely ridiculous.

Poorly organized. They have plenty of personel but lack organizational skills .I submitted my order ahead of time for it to be ready when I got there. It was not. I waited over 10-15 minutes and some how they still managed to give me cold fries. Fast food is uneatable cold. Will never come back
