they forgot my plain cheeseburger that i ordered for my dog in the drive thru (5:46pm) so i went back inside & told the guy at the counter. he then told the pink haired girl dressed in black who yelled to grill to make one & responded with, “there WAS a plain cheeseburger in that bag. i put it in there myself.” clear as day, loud enough for everyone at the counter to hear. the nice guy came back & told me it was being re-made. i told him “i swear there wasn’t one in the bag,” to which he apologized. moral of the story, i assume she’s a manager & she needs to watch what she says & where she says it. i don’t appreciate essentially being accused of essentially stealing a freaking plain cheeseburger for my DOG to eat. it was the cheapest item out of my $20+ order. this location already has a bad reputation for screwing up orders as it is, so the attitude from the employees when i was already overlooking a mistake isn’t appreciated.

I went to McDonald’s and waited like 20 mins for my drink. All managers were hanging outside of the McDonald’s taljing to people. The person who gave me service drank my drank infront of me and my friend. Then they proceeded to throw it away come back out with a new one that tasted burnt and they did not me the right straw. There was also another time I went and the manager was making rude comments to my friend telling her that her academics werent good. The managers here suck and they should not be the managers..

I was here celebrating my granddaughters birthday, and watched a younger maybe 14/15 years old, told to sit and wait for interview, 40 minutes later manager finally came out and told her she dont have time and told to leave. No wonder no one wants to work.

We had not gone to this location in quite awhile. The service was terrible food was just as bad but this visit turned our opinion around. The staff was so friendly and the food was hot and fresh.

Food isn’t bad BUT they funnel 8 cars to park and wait for there food. What’s more important your “wait time” that corporate watches or being and actual fast food place and not taking 20 minutes to cook a burger and fries. We may not get fast food prices but at least be fast

Went and hung out in the play place with my five year old. She said it wasn’t as good as the other one because it only has two slides; the relevance of this to your needs is left as an exercise to the reader. Service was fast and the nuggets were solid.
