Most of the time my meals are fine but they always give me tiny amounts of toppings in my mcflurry and never mix it, unless they aren’t supposed to mix it any more. This time I paid (only 40 cents more but still) for extra oreo toppings. I’d say there wasn’t even enough for the standard amount of topping. This always happens and I have to try and mix it all but still wind up eating mostly vanilla ice cream. The food is fine but I’d recommend never ordering mcflurries, you will be disappointed.

9 out of 10 times the food sucks. Poorly made. Sloppy and lazy staff. Management must be awful. Are they not capable of melting the cheese on a Big Mac? Very simple to not slap cold cheese on a burger.

Normally alright standard mcdonalds, sometimes, like today, I get cold food tho and I don’t understand why they wouldn’t just ask if Id like something else or tell me to wait, I rather not have it if its ice cold
Update a month later 1/22: This location intermittently closed at 3:30-4:30 am depending on who’s working for bfast turnover, which would be fine, cleaning and putting back up can def take some time, if there wasnt the ability to still mobile order- idk if they can turn that off but Id rather not waste money and have to wait 5-7 days to get it back if I can take it to another location further away or do something else. The employees are however really kind about the service at this hour, even if they are denying me service they are nice in how they let me know and apologize for any inconveniences. It just seems like there should be adjustments made to better support the staff in general at this location and provide them with the resources to communicate before things get to wasting time and resources of customers and themselves having to take time that became reserved for tasks/prep to greet & deny customers.

Better than most McDonald’s in my limited experience with this one. So far all the orders have been filled correctly. Food was what one expects.

I’d honestly rather come here then a fine dining restaurant I just like the place too much it’s good that the authorities I see our out in the parking lot sometimes so no one messes with the staff I was once in another location and they called them on somebody for throwing a coffee at someone but I enjoy the vibe food and coffee! And it’s good that it slows down during school hours so the staff can be ready for the dinner rush excellent food and drinks!

Sadly for my taste buds, the St. Louis Cardinals Slush was out at the time, so It was replaced with a Sprite. The nether flame sauce is as fiery hot as the lava from the depths of the nether world. I was not expecting it to be one the most fiery sauces I’ve had in quite a long time. I have an okay tolerance for hot sauces, but fair warning if you do not. It may have been fiery but was still delicious with a 10 piece chicken McNuggets and even better when you can get 2 of the 10 Pieces for $4.50 once a day until April 27th 2025 using the McDonald’s app

Overall, I had a very positive experience here! I’m giving them four stars, as opposed to 5, because there were a couple of minor items, here and there, that were a tad out of place. But, I’m happy with the service I received from the manager who was working the front cash register last night. Unfortunately, neither he nor the Latina woman—who’s also a manager, presumably—were wearing any name tags. That’s another reason why I’m only giving them four stars. Perhaps if they had been wearing name tags, I could have given the store five stars and I could have recognized them…especially him. I’m sure that they intentionally did not have on name tags so that should someone have a complaint against them, they wouldn’t be able to use their names. But, I don’t have a complaint against them. On the contrary, I wanted to compliment them for wonderful service…especially him. And even though all the tables were not perfectly clean and there were a few items leaving the store a bit debris-ridden in some places, I was pleased for the most part. Even the men’s restroom was mostly clean. I’d say for a fast-food restaurant, this is great work! Check out the photos!

The store says “open 24 hours”, I was able to place a mobile order, but when I got there to pick up the order, it was closed! No sign, no refund, I can’t even cancel the order on the app because it says “preparing”. And after 2 hours, the mobile order will be lost, will never get the money back! What a hoax!

Food poisoning. Ordered delivery through the McDonald’s app. Our double quarter pounders were RAW! Immediately contacted the store and the Manager said we could come back up. We delivered for a reason, so I said we wouldn’t be able to come tonight. Over the evening I became sick with food poisoning. Went to urgent care in the morning and received fluids and some meds for the vomiting. We returned the next day to McDonald’s with our burgers to let them know that they were serving Raw food. The manager Prince, refused to refund our food! He said we should’ve came back last night! I contacted McDonald’s directly and haven’t received any response!
So be cautious when ordering from this McDonald’s! Unfortunately they’re one of the only places open past 9 around here, so that makes them the only option! Id choose elsewhere! Terrible customer service and they clearly only are concerned with $$$!
