This is their idea of a deluxe chicken sandwich. It was slopped together in the box. Mayonnaise on the inside of the box and all over the outside of the bun. Chicken was burnt. This was ordered at 10:45 in the morning right when it starts serving lunch. These photos are what the deluxe chicken look like when I open the box.

Place is filthy, had to eat in ny car. They had to correct my order, never got the hashbrowns and all because the owner wouldn’t hire enough people to staff the place. 4 people, that’s all that is working.

Came in to eat cause we thought it would be quick and easy. Waited 20 minutes to get our food and it wasn’t even ours. There are “Homeless” people in the building begging for food going from table to table, no clear communication of what’s actually going on and the terminals don’t even send orders to the back to be made.

As someone who also works in fast food, there is no way they should be messing up my order every time. I keep getting 4 pieces instead of 6, always get apple slices instead of the extra fries I asked for, and this time the person at the window couldn’t just read the screen. Forgot both of my drinks, asked if we had a sweet tea 3 times (we didn’t) and then forgot to give us our food.

Looks like a newer location, but they are very disorganized. I stayed I the hotel next door for a couple of nights and my breakfast experiences both days were incredibly lacking in service, time management, and courtesy. The staff was scrambling to get the orders right they gave me the wrong food twice and the food was cold…honestly I just disposed of it.
