Stopped in to use the restroom and buy a coffee as I was passing through Eldorado. The place is disgustingly filthy. Greasy, sticky floors; overflowing trash cans that are stinking up the lobby, and dead flies everywhere.

The eldorado McDonald’s is the most noticeably dirty McDonald’s I’ve ever been to in the world. There was hundreds of dead flies in the lobby we noticed in between ordering and getting the order. I immediately optioned to get a refund. The manager agreed and told everyone to take the drinks complementary. As soon as my other people went out to the car she then refused to refund the drinks at that point.. that was where she went from trying to shift the blame on other people to me immediately knowing that she’s the problem not the young guy with a broom HUNDREDS OF DEAD FLIES IN THE LOBBY

How many times can you mess up the same order and then get snoody with the customer because they just want what they paid for. Service seriously needs adjustments. The management skills are extremely low caliber.

Since they have the updated mobile orders you can only pay with a card. The old app you could pay with cash or card. So the updated one I DO NOT LIKE I WISH THEY WOULD B ACK TO THE OLD WAY IT WAS ALOT BETTER

i got their approximately 4 or 5 minutes before they were supposed to close, and got no greeting over their intercom system, so i called them 2 minutes before closing time, in case it was broken, just to be told “we’re already closed.” and “well, there was no one outside when we took off our headsets.”

This is the worst McDonald’s ever! The manager with glasses and grey hair is the rudest human. They can never make my iced coffee right. I go to Harrisburg and it’s made perfect. There is an older lady who works the first window in the mornings and she’s very sweet though.
