Not a bad location , neat and clean, lots of parking space. Lots of seating available with multiple options of types however service is too slow. Had to wait 15 mins for my beverages which was very disappointing

I am sure people will find it funny that I gave a McDs a 5 star rating but when put in relative terms, this is one of the best ones I have been to. Granted we were here like mid-afternoon and had the place to ourselves. On a road trip and needed some food and a place for our two year old to stretch out. This place was perfect.

This rating is for the fresh, pop music vibe of the new restaurant design. Clean lines, bright colors, and modern signage all contribute to an upbeat atmosphere. You are greeted in the bright and clean lobby with large digital kiosks that allow you to order by using a touchscreen with large, inviting images of the food. If dining in your order is delivered to the table, which is unexpected. Even the drive through has had a redesign to enhance the efficiency. All franchises need to replicate this one.

At least 30 people in the lobby. They had the the self serve kiosks. Everyone was confused about how it worked. No one at the counter or on the floor for guidance. I ordered at the kiosk but wanted to pay cash. Took 10 minutes for someone to come up and help me. Once my order was placed, a chicken nugget meal it took almost 20 minutes to be served. There was a mom and her son standing next to me she said it took 30 minutes to get a kids’ meal.

Very clean, super fast service, employees are super friendly and attentive. I was to see a play ground for my daughter. Since we are traveling, it was a great break for her. Love how they have decorated this McDonal’s.

Food was cold the buns were stale, however I ordered my food on the kiosk and they did my drink almost correctly but better than other places but extra means extra not one pump. Staff was friendly the floor in the kinds area could use a good moping. The playground was fun my son enjoyed it, don’t forget there socks.

Dirty store and horrible attitude. Front counter lady laughed with her coworkers because I asked for my drink cup after waiting almost 5 minutes to be helped. Then the sweet tea was out in the front so I asked her to fill it got more attitude. At least the tea was good. ♂️ Seems like the norm from most McDonald’s anymore

I stopped off the interstate to get a bite and go to the restroom. The service was excellent and so was the Big Mac I had. The dining area was very nice, big, looked clean but then I went to the restroom and OMG it was a total mess. It looked like it had not been cleaned in awhile. Toilet paper everywhere the toilet paper dispensers were empty and one had a partial roll sitting on top of dispenser. Totally ruined it all.

Went to McDonald’s on Potomac Blvd for my son’s bday. We waited 35 mins for the food! I understand they were busy, so I asked for my 4yr Olds food. The lady proceeds to tell me they wrongly gave out some of my food to someone else and had to remake it. The guy finally gives me my food and I stated this is kind of ridiculous to wait this long. He said it was not their fault..so I reminded him it actually was because they wrongly gave out my order. He told me if I had a problem with them to not come back! This is absolutely ridiculous!! 7 other people in my group was already done and waiting while I was just receiving my food!
