I normally don’t eat fast food but I’m a doordash driver, this McDonald’s is the worst restaurant in town for doordash drivers and customers… just from my own experience they take exorbitant amounts of time to put together the orders, mix-up order tickets, and will leave deliveries sitting on the counter because they don’t do the tickets in order but whichever one is closest on the line! My biggest complaint is they will get the doordash order and immediately press, ‘order is ready for pickup’ button, which then start penalizing the driver because according to the app you’re just chilling there with the order and will effect your on time rating… and the absolute worse is how RUDE their employees are…I will ask about my order or for straws and condiments and will get eye rolls and sarcastic answers, and nobody knows anything and it’s never their fault!!! Hands down, worst place for dashers…at this point I will only pick up orders over $8 to be worth it!!!

Edit: I received a cinnamon roll on the 21st of January dated for the 20th of January at 6 am. It was hard as a rock. Definitely look at the stickers and go back if after the date.
Easy in and out. Drive thru and take out is only open right now. The line does go by fast normally. Drive thru open at 5 am until 12 am Monday thru Saturday, Sundays 6 am to 12 am. Lobby open 6 am to 8 pm. Masks must be worn while inside.

I dont think ive ever had a good experience at either of the mcdonalds in town but this one has been particularly aweful lately. I dont think ive gotten a single meal lately that has been right. Im not getting complicated items, im getting the baisc. Do better

There are currently two McDonald’s in town, this one is the one I prefer to go to. The drive through is a little slower than the other location, but they have far less mistakes being made. They fill the order correctly most of the time, and the food is always cooked the way it should be. The staff isn’t typically very friendly but they also aren’t rude. They’re just there to earn their income and that’s ok. One complaint I do have is that the floors in the lobby are always slimy, like they’re just mopping over layers of grease. Trying to stand in one place will have your feet literally sliding out from under you. It’s like this all the time. Someone is going to get hurt.

People are eating out less due to higher prices and poor service. I had a cashier ask if it was okay to not give me all the change I was due because he didn’t have enough. You NEVER ask that question. You tell the manager if you are running low, before you get too low. There should have been rolls of quarters, nickels, dimes, and pennies under the cash drawer. You always keep enough to be able to make change. I know most people don’t use cash but, at times I do. On top of this they got my order wrong.
