Our fish sandwich was luke warm, the French fries were cold, and the sweet tea tasted like coffee. There was not a clean, wiped off table to sit at. Will not go back.

Order was complety incorrect. The manager behaved confrontational about it when I addressed it being wrong. Our large fries was portioned to the equivalent of a small fry. (That were far from fresh quality) Would be nice to actually get the portion I pay for and the correct food as well! On another note, the younger cashier girl was really sweet and tried helping as much as she was allowed to.

The food was freshly made, the crew was very pleasant and I received my order,delivered to the table, quickly. I recommend using the self order kiosk. It’s easy and shows way more options than the digital menu board. Plus it recommends money saving combos. It’s still McDonalds, but I had a good experience.

Went to McDonald’s tonight there was no ice in our drinks because “they were so busy they couldn’t fill their AVS/ABS” that was the reason given when I said do you guys not have ice. There were 3 young men standing around doing nothing when I came inside because I did not receive all of my food. I don’t expect perfect service but this was the least amount of service they could give. I used to work here and this was unacceptable then just as it should be now. Most were not in proper uniforms. I also asked for a cup of ice when I went in because I don’t prefer room temperature sweet tea they were able to give that to me which means they have the capability she just did not care. There were 3 customers in drive thru and none inside if you want to call that “busy”.

We meet friends there and visit! Have dinner there after I get off work! I usually get the Buttermilk Crispy Chicken sandwich and my husband gets chicken McNuggets! We like both of those! They have the best Diet Coke’s ever! I love them!

Ordered at kiosk but counter person had no idea how that worked and had to enter the order again off of the kiosk receipt. So no points for using the app. The order has been in for 20 minutes (with 3 other customers in the store) and still waiting on drinks. Just very frustrating.

Very clean on inside of restaurant. They kinda have weird hours, even though they say they are open late or early in the morning on the website, apparently it varies. That’s the only bad experience I had.
