We did a mobile order at 7:07am, saw that it was empty there, got gas at mach 1, then we pulled up and still waited until 7:22ish for our food (all we got were 2 frappes, 2 hashbrowns and 2 breakfast sandwiches! We do the mobile orders to save time before we drive to Olney for work at 8. Maybe they just missed the order? Or something went wrong? But it was just a little upsetting when I’m stressed for time.

I actually ate this monstrosity rather than attempting to order again. It was a little slow going, to say the least. Seemed like they were an entirely new crew, figuring it all out as they went along. Maybe so, but the star rating tells a different story.

I brought my group yesterday and it was a fantastic visit. The guy taking our orders did and excellent job. He was patient, efficient and got everything correct with all 7 orders. The food was hot and came out quickly. All the staff was friendly to all in our group. Thanks to all but especially Telysa for making us all feel welcome! 5 star visit

Place my order online, is going to pick up in the Drive-Thru, had to wait for over 10 minutes in the Drive-Thru.
Then they said can you pull around the Moca frappe wasn’t ready, and had to wait another 7 minutes. I almost just left without it.

Ordered on the mobile app when I was a little over 5 minutes away. Got there an stood at the counter for 10 minutes before anyone asked what I needed. Was told it was coming out in a minute. Stood there another 10 minutes and finally told them I’d had enough got my money back and left.

Lady taking the orders over the intercom was very abrupt and almost to the point of rude! The guy at the window taking the cash was awesome and extremely nice! The person handing out the food didn’t bother to say Thank you so I told him to have a great day and then he finally said thank you

Service during the day has been for the most part very satisfactory. The later you go the worse the service gets. 5pm to close there is a high chance your visit will not be as pleasant. If I have had a problem it has happened in the evening.But I don’t complain much unless it’s egregious.
