Waited in line for 15 minutes after the derby because on here it says you are open until midnight, once up to the window the speaker your screens went black and you closed. Fix your hours online or abide by them.

Sometimes the food is good. But they always just try to rush you out to get to the next customer. Who they then do the same thing too. There are mainly a bunch of young kids running the place. And they definitely dont care about the customer or realize that if it wasnt for the customers they wouldnt have a job. Went through today and got $30 worth of food and my 3 frys weren’t the larges and medium i ordered they were all half empty. Thats unacceptable and they seemed to treat me like i was a problem when i asked them to make it right. Never apologized or anything.

I purchased a carmal frappe it was about 12:55p.m. on 5-7 and it was nothing but water. If this is how you serve your frappe I will no longer purchase ANYTHING FROM THIS STORE AGAIN!!!! Things are too expensive as it is.

First of all had to wait for at least 10 minutes in the drive thru then ordered one McChicken and had to pull forward then after 10 more minutes I still didn’t have my order while I watched 2 cars get their orders before I finally left with nothing.

Got told to pull in to a parking space. Watched frantic workers run car to car for 25 minutes asking if anyone has ordered the food they were bringing out. When I was finally done watching 6 vehicles(family filled) get served before us…I got frustrated and walked in the door. Found a gal with our miniscule order. But low and behold…NO DRINKS! They made them quickly from that point… Bottom line: 25 minutes is WAY TOO LONG of a wait for McDonald’s. Did you know I can go to Walmart and for the same price make 3 times the servings AT HOME AND IN THE SAME AMOUNT OF TIME. You make more money than I do as an ACTUAL LABORER…Please try a little harder for us poor tired working folk.
