This place is a mix. The younger employees are really nice and friendly while the Older employees tend to be more rude and grouchy. The food is alright but they do argue quite a bit in the back. The service is decent, employees like Tom, Anastasia, Laura, and all of the young employees are really nice and friendly.

Is it not a requirement to have at the very least “good” customer service? They cuss in front of customers, they don’t smile, they can’t read the screen, they are rude. Do better Centralia. Get a new crew, start fresh. 10-10 Would not recommend. Go to a different town..

I absolutely love McDonalds. The service is fast. The $6 lunch deal is a great meal for the price. The biscuits and gravy are my favorite along with the breakfast burritos. The sweet tea is the best drink they have there. Only complaint is they are not open 24 hours anymore.

The food and employees were great. They were pretty busy. But still got us out as fast as they could. Now the customers they had were rude and should have been kicked out. I never let anyone disrespect my crew, me, or my restaurant! Your managers need to be confident and remove people like that!

I was pulled forward and forgotten for 15 minutes (9:07-9:23) and at least 13 cars received their food who came through after me before I went into the store and took another 5 minutes (9:28) standing directly in front of the counter and asking loudly to be helped to get assistance.
