Left the South Grand location to come to this location for ice cream. They had a working machine, but it was the tiniest ice cream I’ve ever received. The food was cold and the burger with special instructions was also old. How could that even be possible? If you request a cheeseburger with
no ketchup and no pickles you think it would be made fresh. It was not. Everything had plenty of salt though.

The $5.00 sausage egg Mc Muffin meal was still listed on the menu board and I was told they no longer offer it but have not removed it and charged me $6.99 . We will not be returning.

Manager Brad was at the front counter taking orders. I came in just to get my wife a smoothie and had 1 person in front of me in line. As the person in front of me was taking orders a whole group of 6 teenagers came in and when the person in front of me was finished ordering the kids hopped right up in front of me and instead of saying something to them, the manager continued to take their orders. After the first 2 kids orders I spoke up and said that I was in line before them so Brad goes ahead and takes my order for my smoothie and when I was finished ordering, Brad apologized to the KID who cut in front of me rather than apologize to ME for allowing them to cut me in line. Then when I confronted him about this after he was done taking orders he continued to blame ME for not stepping up to the counter even though I had no opportunity to because these kids cut right in front of me. Extremely upsetting and highly unprofessional Brad. He witnessed them cut in front of me and didnt say anything to them about it and apologized to THEM instead of to me.

For the amount of money, we were extremely disappointed!! The food was cold. There were items missing from 2 combos. We stopped for a quick lunch on our way to Great Lakes. We won’t be stopping here on our way home.

Just went there and just like a few times ago, they didn’t give me all my order. Also the tea machine is broke down so the sweet tea looks like dirty water and was NOT sweet at all. The gentleman that was working noticed my face when I took a drink and seen the woman from Door-Dash and asked if something was wrong? I told him about the tea and he fixed it and gave us new tea! Second time it was sweet but taste’s like colored sugar water He was extremely professional and helped us and the woman from Door-Dash. Thank you Sir for helping us and being honest.

I wanted that cookie toast. That has 13 cookies in it. But if they make it for you and throw it in the box they stay all stick together. So I called McDonald’s and asked Tammy. Oh, to make me a cookie tote and let the cookies cool. And I’d be there in about 10 minutes.My wife said those were the best cookies we’ve ever had from there.
