Ordered at drive-thru 5:28pm Feb 28, 2026. There were 3 cars in front of me. 10 MINUTES not a single car had moved! RIDICULOUS!!! The staff needs to learn how to pull cars forward if their order isn’t ready instead of making ALL the other customers wait. I left after the 10 minutes so who knows how long it would have actually taken to get my food! Don’t go there unless you’re the ONLY ONE in line at drive-thru…

Thursday Jan 22, 8pm asked for a double cheeseburger with a large fry and drink and three mc chickens. I did take a minute to figure out what me and others in the vehicle but nothing crazy, I asked for her to remove the nuggets because I don’t want them and for her to make the medium fry and medium drink a large for the cheeseburger and was told that’s impossible with a snarky an annoyed tone which wasn’t that big a deal but then I asked to remove the 4 nuggets they added to the order without me asking and they again said no it’s not possible and got their manager which while waiting five minutes at least, I said hello? In a normal tone to see if they where still there and she again with a rude tone told me to hold on because she needed the manager to remove the nuggets I didn’t ask for. If I walked in I could’ve made the order myself on the ordering screen which I’ve done before for the double cheeseburger large fry large drink but for some reason it just was impossible for me to do so though the drive through. After at least fifteen minutes of no response and a long line behind me I just left because she just stopped responding in the end this location is usually actually pretty quick and nice but this day it was incredibly frustrating and obscured. February 3, 2026: arrived there at 1pm in the drive thru. Sat for nearly 5 mins with no movement in the line. The second lane open had no answering for orders. I had to back up and park to go inside, which was fine. Went in and the line had several people waiting. Ordered a small order (3 items) on the kiosk and there were no receipts printing. Got our food after waiting over 5 mins in line. Our drink was spilling everywhere because it was over filled. Sat down and there was no napkins or sauce placed in the bag. Had to wait several more minutes for the gentlemen to see me to get those items. We didn’t actually start eating until roughly 20 mins after arriving there. The place was dirty, garbage over flowing (which they eventuallY changed), and several tables filthy. I know not all fast food visits will be fast but I felt like for after a lunch hour that was excessive to wait nearly 20 mins to just get food. Not to mention not having everything needed in the bag when we finally got our food. Hopefully it was just a bad day but felt like folks should know what’s going on there.

In April it was a meet Grimace “event”. There were no games as the flyer says. You got to spin a wheel. If you have the McDonald’s app the only prize you could win is a coozie, a pen or something like it or a free soda coupon which cannot even be used at this location only greater St.Louis area. We showed up expecting games only for them to get me there for nothing and of course my kids wanted food because there was no event. This McDonald’s gives a baby fry when you order a 6 piece nuggets happy meal and a baby size drink. We all know a 6 piece gets a small fry and small drink. I enclosed a photo of a large Mcflurry for $4.19 plus tax, and the small mocha frappe. This is the only location that gives you this, what i consider x-small size rather than an actual small as any other location does. If you order inside, go to the Kiosk, there is never anyone taking front cashier orders. If you need a sauce, or are missing something, you will wait a long time before anyone even acknowledges you. I asked for a sauce in drive through on an occasion and the woman handing out food got mad at me and spoke to me like I was someone on the street. This place has really went down hill and the people in this town dont appreciate it. If it is busy later in the evening there is not enough people working to keep up with the flow of customers. I waited 13 minutes for my order to be taken at the box. Then another 17 minutes for food. I understand, however this is a place that is supposed to be fast food. I do not like to leave this type of review but others need to know what they will deal with at this location. My original review was wonderful and I knew i needed to update it.

Food was as usual, not satisfying at all. But I ate because it’s my 5 year olds favorite place to eat. Service was terrible the young girl didn’t have any manners, but she also had no help from other employee just standing there looking at her.

I used the app to place an order to grab quickly as I headed to work. Service was fast and semi friendly. I paid $2.59 extra for extra bacon and there was only 2 full pieces of bacon my bacon, egg and cheese biscuit. I did take a picture of the sandwich but can’t attach it here. Prices increasing while quality decreases is exactly why I don’t usually stop for fast food.

The young lady who waited on me was very friendly. But the food was horrible. Fries were barely warm. The chicken nuggets are half the thickness as they used to be. And they were fried too long. Hard and horrible. I wont be eating there again. Prices go up but the quality has gone down.

The only thing for certain at this location is that they WILL mess your order up. Doesn’t matter if you’re the only customer or if you only get a plain cheeseburger they always find a way to not know how to do their jobs. I think the owners name is Rachel and she’s the worst of them all. You can’t train employees if you don’t know how to do your own job properly. Definitely won’t be back I’ve given three chances and just so happens they messed up every single one of my orders. Just pathetic they’re still in business at this point. And not to mention the multiple other peoples orders they’ve messed up each time while I was in there as well.

Absolutely horrible experience. Went through the drive-thru. Didn’t even order because it took 15 minutes for the inside lane order taker to take the order in front of us while 5 cars went through the outside lane. Then, when we tried to leave, we spent another 20 minutes waiting to get out while the line didn’t move at all. This isn’t the first time this has happened here. McDonald’s corporate needs to come in and clean house and start over at this location.

I understand it gets busy at lunch because of high school kids. Still no reason to refuse to answer questions of customers. Instead of answering questions, I watched manager throw his arms up and walk away from several customers when I said he ignored me and walked away. He waited for door to be closing and yelled have a nice day, sarcastically. Guess when your low staffed, you can act like u want. Smh
