The store was incredibly dead with 0 customers, yet we waited for 10 minutes to get our food, which was lukewarm at best, and then they forgot the 10 piece nugget and small fry that we had ordered. Normally, this isn’t a big deal, as someone who works in customer service, mistakes happen. What was NOT a mistake was the woman at the speak who’s voice was dripping in attitude. We told the speaker what we missed and they began to charge us for it until I spoke up and stated that I had already paid for the meal and I have a receipt. She then stated “Oh. Just pull around??” Was not happy with this experience nor the attitude of the woman working the window.

I placed an order in the drive-thru somewhere between 8-10am on Saturday 10/19. The 5 stars go to the crew members who made my food and to the young man who took my order. The food was accurately made and tasted good. The young man’s service was very pleasant.
However, the experience ended on an atrocious note. Krystal was working in the present window and never once even looked at me, did not greet me, did not thank me, nor did she wish me a good day. She was busy yelling (And I mean that literally. This is no exaggeration. Yelling at full volume) at the rest of the crew. Her entire body was turned away from the window and she was berating her coworkers horribly.Talk about destroying morale. Take a look at the cameras if you don’t believe me. She shoved my food and drink at me without even acknowledging my presence. One can only assume that all other customers in the drive-thru that day received the same “service.” There is no reason the customer should be providing better customer service than her. Customer facing positions require a certain level of skill, which she is clearly lacking.
The only position someone with her attitude should hold is overnight maintenance. She should not be working with the public or with anyone else for that matter. Krystal needs to be held to the same standard as the rest of her coworkers. She degrades not only the crew, but customers as well by treating them as if they don’t exist. The entire interaction was, very seriously, the worst I’ve ever had out of all the McDonald’s locations I’ve visited across the country.
I’ve managed an entire Guest Services department within a Hilton Hotel, and I’ve been Assistant Store Manager at a busy Starbucks location. I know what good customer service and hospitality looks like. This is not it.

I went through the drive-thru this morning, and Tammy Jo took my order. She was great and very nice to me. She even made things right when my order was rung up slightly differently than usual. It’s okay! Little mistakes happen sometimes. Thank you Tammy Jo!

Normally I would give the food 4 start but tonight the young lady on the grill gave me a sandwich that not only was fresh but was neatly put together and not just slapped into the box like I normally get. Very nice job.

The food was okay at best. The problems I encountered were how unclean the store was, how unhygienic the employees were and how rude the employees were with an exception of two extremely helpful employees, Gregory Williams and Kendal Beck. While most other employees were on their phones and arguing, they helped me get the correct order with a smile on their faces. The owner of the Pana McDonald’s is Marty Davis. He is a great and generous person.

Its McDonald’s, good service compared to your average one but don’t expect anything more. Good was a decent as it normally is. If you are looking for more, try somewhere else, otherwise this would be a good pick. Not great but not bad.
