Sat at outside drive thru lane and no one took my order. Spoke to employee and was asked to wait. Two people were taken on the inside lane though . 920pm 9-27-25. Went to Steak n Shake instead. Friendly employees and hot food.

I came here to try the new Buffalo snack wrap. What I received was a wrap with a chicken tender that was small and dry. There was barely anything else in it. There was like a sprinkle of lettuce was at the bottom so I didn’t get to taste it with my tender before it disappeared anyways this was more tortilla than anything

I am writing to report an issue with an order I placed on Monday, August 4, 2025, between 10:00 am and 11:00 a.m. I purchased three breakfast items and three bottled waters at the McDonald’s on Forsyth, Illinois.
When I received my order at the drive-thru window, I noticed my soft drink was missing. I brought this to the employee’s attention, and they provided it. However, I later discovered that the three bottled waters were also not included in my bag.
I acknowledge that I should have checked the order more carefully before leaving, but I also expect that the orders are complete and accurate when they are handed to me.
I’m disappointed that this happened, and I hope this feedback can be used for future training to ensure all customers receive their full orders.

I ordered for delivery, it was McChiken Deluxe it doesn’t have nothing deluxe a few pieces of lettuce some mayonnaise and two slices of tomato’s but that is not the worst part, the chicken breast was super thick and small size and fletch. Do not recommend this place to eat

Word of Advice. Double check your order every time, before you leave the property when you go through drive-through, day or night. It’s 50/50 on how well you will get what you ordered or even all of what you ordered. Several times we’ve gone there and gotten our sandwiches and drinks but not fries or other items. A couple times 1 or 2 sandwich has been incorrect in some manner or hastily assembled and thrown in the box and bag.
