Visited McDonald’s on East Eldorado and went through the drive thru. After taking my order, I arrived at the window to pay. That woman never ever spoke to me to verify my order or tell me my total. I handed her my card and paid and went to the serving window. There, they informed me that their milkshake machine was being cleaned, and would we like something other than the small strawberry milkshake. Since I had also ordered a medium smoothie, we went with that. They pull us ahead, and we wait approximately 5 minutes. The worker brought out two very small smoothies (not a medium like I had ordered to begin with). After their mistake, you would anticipate they would make up for it, since the milkshake was more expensive than the smoothie. Very dissatisfied, as their drive thru should be aware when they are out of a product and not sell it, and then when they offer you another choice, it should be at least of equal value. Poor customer service for mediocre food.

If you order with any kind of modifier to your food (‘ketchup only’ for example) there’s at least a 75% chance they gonna fumble it. I get what I pay for half the time on a good week.

Staff here are usually quick to help the customers … I always get hot food unlike other McDonald’s…this has been my go to store since moving to this side of town honestly. Management is super friendly if there is ever an issue …always answer the phone

I’ll start with the food, chicken sandwich so hard I about broke my teeth! Service was just as bad especially when you have to repeat yourself 4x. Atmosphere feels like a lot of negative energy.

Ordered online ahead and still had to wait when I arrived. Nuggets were hard. 1 sandwich wasn’t made correctly,the dr pepper was only 3/4 full and the fries were hard and cold(even after waiting) and as far as service, the girl that periodically came up front never even offered any help. I had to yell out that I was waiting for an order. I just don’t recognize McDonald’s anymore. Used to be quick and used to be hot and used to be better customer service. Now you walk in and stand there waiting for someone to magically show up because they just expect you to use the kiosk. Barely any customer service whatsoever. Disappointing for sure.

Every single time I go to this particular McDonald’s I always get rude service. Today their system was down, I placed a mobile order 20 minutes before arriving to the McDonald’s to get told their system was down and I wouldn’t get my breakfast food even if I waited the 15 minutes because they were changing to lunch… smh the time before I got called a lair by the manager, even after offering her to re look in my bag…. I only go to this one because its closer to my home guess I need to try a different location or just be anti McDonald’s again. Then to even get a refund is near impossible

Avoid this location. I waited 25 minutes for my mobile order and never received it. They asked me five times what the number for my mobile order was, was there a name twice. I tried to show them my receipt and order so it could just be remade. They refused. I asked for a manager who told me I needed to calm down and they didn’t have my order. I asked for a refund or for my food to be made. They refused. LUCKILY corporate was happy to take my complaint and my bank issued a prompt refund.

Slow, incompetent, lazy, inaccurate….its McDonalds. You get exactly the quality and service you expect to get. Your order will likely be wrong, an employee will almost certainly be rude. It will take forever to get your cold food, and nothing will be fast about this experience. Good luck.

As a DoorDash Driver I try to avoid picking up from this merchant because their doors are locked after 4pm and all orders have to be picked up in the drive thru. Sitting in a drive thru line takes a lot of time for a delivery driver who is scheduled to pick up and drop off at specific times..
Tonight after waiting in a very long drive thru line we were told to pull forward to pick up our DoorDash order..despite the order already being bagged up and sitting on the counter (photo included). Our order sat on that counter for 10 full minutes before someone finally brought it out to us. That’s inconsiderate for the delivery driver and the customer.
