Black Tigrex
Bread was stale, hamburger was still raw, and I mean raw not rare in the middle. Fries were cold and soggy.
No straws for drinks, also wrong drinks.
Considering most of this is automated this is embarrassing for the team for mornings on February 20th 2026.
Being busy is not an excuse for food that is inedible. Even if it is just fast food.

Manager was freaking out and the staff were all yelling at each other. They messed up several orders while we were waiting. The food was over seasoned and too much sauce. We were dining in and it took forever to get our food. They did not add the bacon strips to my sandwich. I couldn’t imagine my food was clean of germs and everything. The staff were stressing out while serving what couldn’t be more than 10 orders total.

I ordered from McDonald’s at 10:57 PM through the mobile app, but I reached the store after closing hours. Even though they were already closed, the staff was kind enough to still prepare my order. They didn’t have the exact items I had ordered, but they offered me an alternative, which I really appreciated. I was very hungry at the time, and their helpfulness made a big difference. Thank you to the team for going the extra mile!

Its always “we need you to pull forward”. Ill pull forward and get boxed in. Its faster to park “in the back because all the front spots are for mobile pick up witch is also horrible service” go inside order watch them make two snack warps and get out. the same car i walked by will still be in line to order. most people only get a 30 min lunch.

Do not go here if: You want an accurate order, all the food you paid for, are running late (they don’t park people), or don’t want to have come back to have them fix it. (They will fix it, but they will not hold crew responsible or compensate for your time, and may even ask you for proof)

Do not use mobile order curbside pickup. I waited 45 minutes with a very upset toddler crying that shes hungry. I went in and they handed me my “order” which wasnt even close to what I ordered. I then had to wait another 10 minutes for them to fix it, only to get home and find out they gave me the wrong items. Rough morning for them.

Wait times still vary. Food quality is consistent with other McDonalds. Ok for a quick breakfast.

9 out of 10 times you’re pulling forward to wait…I’m assuming so they can rig their drive thru times and get recognition for fast drive thru. Orders are usually made wrong or poor quality.

This is far and away the worst McDonalds I have ever been to. And I’ve been to some crappy McDonald’s. Speaking a a former employee at a different store, I can tell you that if our place had run like this, our managers would have been handing out pink slips. It’s so bad that my 7 year old son doesn’t want to come here anymore because he doesn’t want to wait. And he’s not wrong. Almost every single time I come here, I have to wait for my food, usually for 20-30 minutes. Then I have to waste my time going back in because there is ALWAYS something missing. I don’t write a lot of reviews, but I’ve had it with this store. There isn’t an excuse of being “short staffed” or “they’re just kids” that can give this place any grace. They’ve had multiple attempts, lots of complaints and show no signs of getting better. Management here needs to be fired, or trained better or something. This place will never get another dime of my money and I hope others will choose the same course of action until the owners of this store take some responsibility and fix the issues. Shameful.
