I frequent this McDonald’s often because I work in effingham but live in Watson so it’s along the way. For the last month or two months I’ve experienced nothing but rudeness, attitude, aggression, and about a week or two ago I witnessed an employee verbal attack a lady and told her to fight her. The food always is cold or old or always incorrect. Being a time limit I don’t have the time to sit and wait for them to correct the problem. I’ve finally given up on this location. Avoid if you can you’ll be more upset.

Very unhappy with my visit today. Pulled up to the speaker to order and the employee started screaming in the mic asking what I’d like to order. I asked her to hold on while my rewards code popped up, she started sighing then still continued yelling. When I got up to the window to pay she didn’t say anything at she just took my payment. After I got my food I went in to ask another employee her name, i continued to still hear her yelling at other customers from the front of the building.

Ordered $5 Deal. Chicken sandwich, nuggets fries and drink. Hands me food and closes window with her back to the window. Had to honk to get her attention for my drink. Ask if straw is in bag. She says yes but its not in there. Get back to work and realize I got 2 cheeseburgers, large fry and drink. Usually don’t have any trouble in the morning but I don’t get lunch there very often.

This is the worst McDonald’s in town.
Came tonight got Spicy chicken sandwich, the chicken is so hard and nasty like it’s been there since this afternoon. The girl taking an order is lost due to lack of training I am guessing. Couldn’t get a receipt because didn’t know how to change paper, didn’t know how to take an order correctly. Not her fault, bad management.
My order was completely wrong. All the tables was dirty, I had to clean on off just to eat. No one smiling, bad atmosphere. Not even busy and food was old and nasty inside.

This place sucks highly don’t recommend unless you hate yourself. There was black stuff floating in my drink and the food almost tasted days old. The only good side is the nice old lady who brought me my food.
