Came in at a busy time, 1200. Willing to wait patiently if treated kindly and not as an inconvenience. Disappointed in lack of customer service. Also disappointed in lack of filling fries in container….as this is not the first time McDonald’s has “forgotten” to fill the fry container.

None of the food was fresh. Fries definitely had been sitting there for some time. Chicken was not fresh at all.
Staff were cleaning with brooms and dustpans and did not wash hands to handle food.
Restaurant was completely dirty when I came in, no one was there. All tables were filthy trash was all over the floor.
When I asked that cookies be heated up, Andrew (manager on duty I assume) said sure and took them back for about 20-30 seconds, and they were the exact same as when I handed them back the first time. Definitely didn’t heat them.

The frappe was watered down and melted that food was not very good and the girl at the drive-thru was extremely rude didn’t say hi I didn’t say have a good day just staring at you blankly didn’t even say nothing it’s like almost made you didn’t trust eating your food I would not recommend going there as long as she’s working I don’t know who she is but she needs a lesson how to deal with the public

I have purchased food from there. I didn’t get the food. I was supposed to instead of a big Mac. They gave me a double cheeseburger. They just changed the bun on top of it. I had a flare fish that was really, really dry. After I went back and told the manager a few days later she said. Well, you should have called me and just walked away so they don’t really care about the customers. I will never buy anything from there again.

Located within the Pilot Travel Center … Very friendly staff, clean restaurant, and efficient service. They allow you to sit and wait in the dining room without any fuss which is nice. Had a very long layover waiting for a Greyhound connection and I wasn’t bothered once. Unlimited free refills.

Asked to full my cup a the cashier put out a small cup obviously not going to fill it and when I asked i was told that they couldn’t touch my cup, fine just give me enough coffee to fill it. The cashier walked away and said tough luck where upon i said excuse me ? The manager then came over and said that she would rather i didn’t speak to her workers that way, then i said i would she didn’t speak to me that way either.
