Needs major improvement. Quick late afternoon stop was very disappointing. Ordered the new hot honey chicken sandwich meal. No hot honey sauce and wilted lettuce. Dry rubbery chicken. Disgusting. My son ordered a McDouble and got a plan single cheeseburger. Please improve your quality control. This seems to be the worst McDonald’s n Quincy.

Nothing better than mobile ordering your family of 5 food and then drive 25 minutes home just to realize they didn’t give you all your food. And call them up and only thing they cam do is offer you a coupon. Well that doesn’t do me any good at that time. So you end up having to buy lunch again. Saw an employee with a drink that was not properly placed in a McDonald’s cup per the rules, had nothing to do with the service but I felt I should bring it to someone’s attention. Also I placed an order about a half an hour in advance and was pulled up over a simple six piece nugget kids meal. I’m very disappointed in your performance.

It’s McDonald’s. You know what to expect, and this meets expectations. Facility was clean enough for us to find a seat, and though it was a busy lunch hour, the food arrived in reasonable time, fresh and hot.

Terrible, the person in front of me had their order wrong. I got to the windows she murmured the order and I got the receipt with the wrong order as well. I heard the two workers scream at each other so I just left. Forget that.

Ordered a medium caramel frappe and they gave me a small. Asked for my receipt when we hadn’t even left the window and then I get a medium cup in which they threw the small frappe into and filled the gap with whipped cream. Ridiculous I paid $4.49 for a medium drink and this si what I got!
