I only use the mobile app when I order McDonald’s to save money. For some reason this restaurant will often turn off the ability for customers to order through the McDonald’s app. This has happened on multiple occasions for me and it simply deters away customers. I have never encountered this issue at other McDonald’s just this location. So if you use the mobile app to order from this McDonald’s don’t expect it to be possible.

Just wanted to come on here and say I’ve never had an issue with this mcdonalds. That’s really saying something, usually you have at least once where food is messed up or long wait times etc. But I have never had an issue here, they do a good job making the food and the drive thru workers have always been polite

Ordered 7 cheeseburgers and one medium fry. They had us move up and we waited ten minutes for 7 basic cheeseburgers and one order of fries. Next time we will go to Dairy Queen (right across the street) and watch people wait forever for food while we are eat.

Regarded as the worst one in the area. Easier to count how much food I get right than not, make sure you always get your receipt when you pay. I’ve been pulled forward in line for plain burgers with no one in front or behind me and still wait for 20+ minutes let alone going in a waiting for them to know your even there to dine-in. If any other fast food moves in I doubt it would last a month even less if it had breakfast.

Did mobile app waited in my spot for over 10 minutes went inside got my order got home burger was burnt it didn’t look like a quarter pounder with cheese. The fries were so hard I couldn’t even chew them I keep telling myself I shouldn’t go to the one in pinckneyville but I did.
