I ordered 2 medium milkshakes (as you can see on the receipt). Upon receiving them I noticed the cup said “S.” I went inside to inquire about the size and the lady told me that it was a medium and showed me another cup that she said was a small cup. I asked her about the “S” & “M” printed on the cups I was given showing her that the “M” says it’s for “McCafe, SHAKES, Orange Juice, Frozen.” She just repeated herself and showed me another small cup. Clearly I was given the wrong size S cup when I paid for a M.

Hadn’t been to micky Dee’s in a minute. They had the double fish sandwich meal so I bought it. It was so good! The fries were fresh and cooked just right and the fish sandwich was fresh and hadn’t been sitting there for a while. Good job!

On our way to St. Louis, my husband and I stopped by to get happy meals for the kiddos. Drive thru experience was fast. However, as we drove away, our girls told us that their happy meals were missing fries. No problem, we circled back. We let the young lady working the drive thru know our issue and she had us pull up to window. Upon pulling up, they had two large fries ready for us. I told her we just needed to kids fries and another staff member got them for us quickly and apologized.
Thank you to the young ladies working that night! Very professional and kind!

They have the cool light up tables inside and when I’ve eaten inside it’s been nice but they purposely ignored me when I went through the drive thru. No one else was in line and it took forever for someone to come on the speaker and then they told me to just order when I was ready but after I started to talk no one responded at all. We sat at the speaker for 5 mins waiting and they just never answered so I drove past the window and a girl was sitting there doing nothing

I ordered in the app for curbside pickup. They brought me the wrong food. I opened it to see if it was my order, just wrapped wrong. When I took it inside, they took it out to the correct car. That customer came inside and asked me if I opened her order. I told her yes. She asked them to remake it. They brought me the wrong order again. I gave it back to them. They brought me the wrong order a third time. I gave it back to them again and they finally made the right sandwich. I didn’t have any special order instructions. They just couldn’t make the right food or give it to the right people. While I was waiting, another customer came to the counter because they’re food had a sticker cooked into it! When I left the customer who had been waiting for the order that got wrongly delivered to me, was still waiting for her food to be remade. I’m to of all that, my sandwich tasted strange. I ended up throwing it away. I also saw the manager pick up something off the floor with a gloved hand and continue touching food. He also pulled up his pants several times while wearing a glove and continue touching food.

I love this McDonald’s, I live in Belleville and I will drive here JUST for the BEST egg McMuffins and correct orders. I had a slight request for my egg McMuffin and they delivered the request as PROMISED I LOVE THIS MCDONALD’S come here for good correct food!

Hey it’s McDonalds… it’s aight.
Weird that the portions come out so small sometimes and other times it’s like wow I get this at McDonald’s?
The inconsistency is just agh and given the prices for things you’d think that they could encourage management to do some trickle down work ethics or find workers that have a little more manners. I don’t want servants by any means but just a nice foundation of respectable manners like maybe thanks yous, sorry for your wait, or hey we have a lot coming in do you mind while we get this together?
Simple things like that go a very long way in the service industry and sometimes it even makes the hard pill of eating slightly overpriced microwaved items that much easier ya know!
But I do appreciate the business, the workers, and their efforts!

Not only is this location perpetually understaffed, they are some of the most unprofessional workers I’ve ever experienced. Those issues combined with being incredibly slow I could deal with, but now they’ve served us raw hamburger meat. Literally no one else was in line or waiting for food. Unacceptable.
