I come through every single Thursday around 9-10 am every single Thursday on my way to Greenville. I get a large sweet tea with creamer yes crazy I know, and whatever I’m in the mood for. Today I got fries and they are always so good and hot and they always give me more than enough creamer for my tea. Always super nice in the window and the gal who brings my food out is always so sweet. Good job Carlyle!!! Keep it up you blow Centralia out of the water.

This was probably the best McDonald’s transaction I’ve ever had. The girl at the counter was sweet, the nuggets were hot, and I got my food within 2 minutes. The place was super clean including the bathrooms and fountain area. Promote some of the regular employees, they’re doing a fantastic job!

The past few times we have gone in the morning the lady handing out the food has been the same each time. Never says a word, doesn’t even look your direction when she hands the food over. In fact today she had her back to the window and just handed the food out sideways. Took longer to get the two straws then the entire order. Just poor service from this woman every single time. Sad

I eat breakfast at this McDonald’s almost daily and almost daily the bagel meal I get it’s hard as a rock or either no sauce no cheese or the wrong egg. I bring this to the manager’s attention and she catches an attitude with me and accuses me of throwing food. She’s mad because this isnt the first time that she let stale food go out.This is terrible food and service.

Kiosk didn’t work right. Their were excessive flies in the restaurant. Because the Kiosk was not working right I had to build my order. I forgot to add the drink. I figured no big deal so I walked back up to the counter. I stood there for a few minutes. When the employee noticed me standing there she attempted to ask if I needed anything. The other employee cut me off mid sentence and said no he’s just waiting for his food.
I called and left a complaint and I will not return to this location. Looking at their parking lot I know I’m not the only one.

I occasionally go here on weekends mostly. This is the fastest drive through around! You can see them really trying to get the food out right and fast.

Poor quality when serving food. Looks like they threw the burger partially together, then into the box to get it out of the kitchen quickly. It was not a busy time (3pm on Saturday). This was at the counter, not drive thru. Have noticed poor food quality at other McDonald’s too. Might be time for retraining of all staff.

Decent service and food to the caliber of McDonald’s. Absolutely filthy. Flies everywhere. Soda coating the floor. The drinks area was covered in soda and ketchup.
