Well I go in my order never changes 2 sausage biscuits with cheese and a large caramel frappe with espresso in it what yesterday got a small caramel frappe with the express when it but they sport out the rest of it down the drain when they should have put it in a bigger cup don’t know why I got small they got my sausage biscuits don’t know why yes small coffee when I ordered the large and don’t know why they pulled out all the rest of my drink down the drain when they should have put in a bigger cup like they’re supposed to so therefore this McDonald’s is giving the worst rating I’ve ever given at McDonald’s before. I mean how hard is it do that job I done it before for many years with no problems

Rude staff in Drive thru..I told him we didn’t like the sweet tea and could we have a different drink. He yelled loudly, “we have the best tea, what are u talking about!” I told him, If I don’t like it, his opinion doesn’t matter. He threw the cup in the sink next to the window and stormed away. The supervisor was standing directly beside him and acted like he didn’t hear the guy being rude, but when I asked for a refund, the supervisor did “apologize” and issue the refund.

Food was overcooked and cold. We ordered 3 sausage mcmuffins and 3 hashbrowns. Hashbrowns were soggy and undercooked. Mcmuffins were so hard you couldn’t bite into them without cutting your mouth. Seevice was good. Didn’t take long to throw some old food in a bag for us. At least they did it with a smile, though ✨️

This is hands down the worst McDonald’s in southern Illinois possibly the midwest. It’s the only place to eat in the area and it shows, I’ve been forced to eat here 6-7 times and the quality of the food every single time is absolutely horrible. You could break a window with the mcdouble buns, even the sweet tea is spoiled tasting. It’s not just a bad day either its EVERY time. The only thing that is acceptable about this place is the nice people that work there, they are always polite.

Making this because today I could tell their team was frustrated. The 618 area isn’t known for having good McDonalds locations, but since I’ve lived in carlyle, this one has been satisfactory. They’ve never messed up my order and the food is consistently good. I hadj worked in customer service for 6 years and food service for 1 year so I can understand not every day is a good one. I hope this team gets the help they need because I genuinely like this McDonalds location. Good service and consistent food. 5/5

Took my daughters after a softball game, everyone was really nice and food was fresh and we overall enjoyed our experience, my youngest daughter dropped her fries and one of the workers used a coupon for a free fry for her!

The food is, well, McDonald’s so…not a healthy way to eat. But it is not horrid tasting. The services are a problem. Constantly messing up orders. Most staff are nice and courteous. The atmosphere is tense. Staff seem at odds a lot, and there is this older lady who is constantly yelling at staff, which reminds me of the Mess Hall on the Ship. But French Fries are, of course, the BEST besides maybe Red Robin or Wendy’s.

Well first off I did a mobile order.. pulled up the the order and they said I had to come in side.. I mean how hard is it to pass through a window.. I come inside I say something and some brown haired girl wants to look at me side ways and finally I said no whip cream on my shake and what do they do add whip cream.. seriously learn to read it’s on the screen!!!

This is the first time I’ve ever had a bad experience at this location the girl at the counter was very pushy wouldn’t answer questions had an attitude about everything and the food was absolutely horrible u would think at lunch it would not be … My quarter was supposed to be cook to order but it was cold …. definitely not going back
