Terrible service they forgot my niece’s 6 piece chicken nugget meal and they forgot the apple juice when my mom clearly said that she wants a 6 piece chicken nugget meal they didn’t add it to her Receipt when i went back up there they should have made the meal first because they messed up the order and i had to wait 15 minutes for the 6 piece chicken nugget meal how damn hard is it they need to do better with there service.

At 1345 Aug 13, 2025, I waited 20 minutes in the drive thru window 1. Five patrons were given food behind me and joyfully pulled around. Me, still waiting. When I did get my food (I shouldve checked it). I got two grilled chicken sandwiches and there were 2 pickles on it. No lettuce, no tomatoe, no sauce, no nothing! What a racket!!!!!! Never again.

This is one it’s appointing McDonalds.thebstaff is short and rude and the food has been sitting out for longer than it should. My quarter pounder was so greasy it made the bun a soggy mess. What a joke. Always pulled forward, always waiting AT LEAST 20 minutes. Manager refuses to handle situations. Employees are rude and make nothing but excuses. Ordered 4 sandwiches and 4 breakfast burritos. Waited 40 minutes. Food was cold! So disappointed and disgusted with how that McDonald’s in ran. Worst one I’ve ever been to.

You need to hire more people and pay them better so you have adequate staff to handle your business. It is not the teenagers fault that you don’t staff correctly and we are forced to wait 40 minutes for 20 nuggets. Pay your people better and hire more workers.

The chicken big Mac and 2 mcchickens, the Patty’s were hard, the buns on the big Mac were like stale toast. Food was not edible, corporate sent my info to the manager, they did nothing. So yeah worst McDonald’s I’d ever dealt with, will not go back.

Customer service was outstanding professional and nice. Frys was cold and my two double cheese burgers were just as cold And I mean not over warm. But service and niceness 10 out of 10 compared to most other McDonald’s were you stand there waiting to even get help from any employee and when you finally get someone’s attention they tell you to use the self-service.
