Placed a mobile order tonight and not only was the wait well over 30 minutes the food was open and all over inside the bag . Pull up to the second window and the workers are standing around laughing and horseplaying they see me staring at them and get back to work then the kid comes to the window and asked me what I ordered …I was like what so he went on about he didnt know what I ordered so I handed him my receipt he then starts asking if I had this or that I said I just gave you the receipt he looks at it and starts reaching in the bags and slamming stuff back into the bags after I get home and open the bags the food is open the small fry is tore and just laying on top of the basket of fries ..its fries I get it but I didnt order a tore in half fry bag on top of my frys . Absolute worse service and food quality yet . This place did good for about 2 months now its took a nose dive to way worse than it was . And to think i put my online order through the drive thru being nice because it was in the single digits out . Never again.

It sucked. Food was cold. Service was rude. My order was completely wrong, I went back through to get it fixed and got nothing but redipped fries and a microwaved mcdouble. That store should not be considered fast food. Definitely need to Do better.

I have had two poor experiences there in this week but I came on here to give a review not complain because your new manager in training Madelyn(hope I spelled it right) literally knocked it out of the park with her customer service both times handling my issues. I hope the woman who was training her Thursday night who, in my opinion, was extremely rude and short with her, doesn’t scare her off because She truly was so extremely curtious,helpful, and super polite, and worked hard to help me in both situations. She is what made both experience better after having issues with service and food and the reason I will return I hope you can hire more people like her it will only improve your store and service!! Thanks again Madelyn you are the best!

I have had multiple issues with this McDonalds, but what was the final straw was picking up a delivery and stood for 10 minutes with no interaction the manager new I was out there and then finally about 10 minutes later a girl came to tell me that they had no Carmel for the frappe…ok so why didn’t you tell me that 15 minutes ago! I had to wait another 10 minutes for them to fix it with what we sauce they could, that is unacceptable customer services

Let me tell you. Aside from the long waits, and the mistakes on orders… Tonight, I went to McDonald’s. The store itself smelled like sewage, the bathroom was disgusting, the workers handled food with no gloves, employees in the back made awkward eye contact while i stood at the register waiting for someone to get me the sauce i ordered, then while waiting, 3-4 others came in store after being handed the wrong stuff through drive through, im not even gonna finish… Jerseyville IL mcdonald’s…. Get it the hell together.

I only ordered two cheeseburgers with no ketchup only. When the girl gave me my food she said it just came off grill and was hot. She lied. After I left there I got one out and it was cold not to mention it only had mustard and nothing else. I wanted the rest just no ketchup. I can deal with alot but not liars. I don’t ever go there but I was exhausted after work and they weren’t busy so I figured it would be quicker than going home and cooking. It wasn’t what I ordered and it was cold. Had I not been so exhausted I would’ve went back and got my money back cause it wasn’t fit to eat so in the trash it went. Seriously it’s not that hard to take an order like that and don’t lie to people either. Pathetic. Definitely will not be returning and regret the stupid decision to stop by to begin with. Check your orders before you leave and never believe what crap they tell you

31 minutes from receipt to first attempt on food. Forgot order of fries and sauces. Second attempt just brought sauce. 3rd brought fries. At this point another 5 minutes have passed. Food is cold now….terrible.

ordered curbside. after 15 minutes of waiting for my food, i went inside and had to wait another like 10 minutes for someone to just come to the counter. took about 30 minutes for my food while car after car would go through the drive through.
