Horrible service. Gave us a biscuit with cheese and no egg and then told us too bad bc they didn’t give us a receipt. (Ordered a bacon egg and chs with no bacon) They said we should’ve asked for a receipt when we got our food… we could also hear a worker in the back talking shit as if none of this was their fault. Corporate then made a public comment on this post but did not help at all. Told my sister who doesn’t live here that she has to drive to illinois to get cash back (didn’t pay with cash) or that she could get a coupon for an Illinois mcd… she lives 40 minutes away in Missouri…

Ordered door dash from this McDonalds and had a McGriddle show up loaded with hotsauce. Literally just smeared all over it. Absolutely awful no idea why in the world anyone would do that to an order but obviously not a great place to order food 0/5 if I could rate this.

I’ve never been treated with such disrespect. I ordered a bacon egg and cheese biscuit without the bacon, and they gave me a cheese biscuit. Not a huge deal but when I called they told me it was my fault for not asking for a receipt and the automated message that gets responded to these messages and cooperate were no help at all. I could hear the employees talking about me when I called back. My sister posted a review as well with the picture.

This McDonald’s is usually better than the one uptown. Staff aren’t overly friendly but they’re not rude. Sometimes short staffed and unsure why they have two lanes open. Food always hot and tasty.

This location is ridiculous and the night manager should be fired. I came by on 11/12 for an online order and they told me the system was down and have yet to refund me my money, Now today 11/18, they tell me my order is going to be a 30 minute wait because they have to thaw out buns. How poor does leadership have to be to let a HAMBURGER RESTAURANT run out of buns? Every location this franchisee owns is awful. Including Johnson road and pontoon beach location. Save your money or go to a different fast food chain.

I dont like to complain about any restaurant’s. I love to give good reviews and props where it is given.
To give restaurants bad reviews just sucks when you get so many wrong orders and rude. I mean, just rude service where you actually do want to get physical with somebody like when your a teenager and kmow what respect is. That’s how rude they are to you in here. When they mess up your order and I don’t mean oh, they put pickles on it kind of mess up or something like that. I mean mess up your order completely. Where if you ask for everything on your burger, you will get a plain burger I mean plain and almost brunt its gross. If you do get everything on it like, you ask, they just throw it all on there. When you open the wrapper, it gets everywhere, like ketchup, they will soak the whole burger in ketchup, so you never ask for extra Mayo, ketchup, mustard or anything like that, because then they soak it, where your meat or whatever just slides right off and it’s disgusting. If you ask for fresh nuggets and fresh fries, you will get frozen fries. Burnt nuggets or double dip nuggets. That’s been sitting for a while and they redipped them. Yeah, I worked enough restaurants to know when people do that to your food cause it’s disgusting. You can taste the oil on it and i’m not talking good taste either tastes like you ate the nugget straight out of the fryer trap at the bottom of fryer. The customer service now very rude. They get attitudes with you if you ask for anything fresh. Anything off your burger whatevor they’re just rude if you get a nice employee that’s like finding a diamond in the rough. I refuse to go back. I spent almost $30.00 on 3 mealsb and if it wasn’t cold, it had the wrong stuff on it, where you just can’t take it off. I had the receipt had the food. They would not give me my money back. Or replace it and that Is uncalled for and unacceptable. I work very hard for my money and when I get to eat out , even if it is mcdonald’s , that’s a luxury for me. So when you go to this restaurant , you are taking a chance like playing the lotto but with your food.

The manager wanted to yell at me because she forgot something on my food when they was sitting right next to the window out of her own pride she had me pull up to the next window and brought it out 5 seconds later because she forgot it and didn’t want to look like an idiot I will not be coming back here again.

The lady upfront was helpful and nice. However, the manager packaged my order and once telling the lady I was missing something, she asked if he put everything in the bag and he said IDK with no care to correct it. What’s the point t of assisting if you’re not going to actually assist. He didn’t seem very friendly or interested in getting it right, considering he made the mistake. The food was like warm hence the reason it came up in two minutes.

Went in the A/C was set t0 55 atleast, ordered food waited for 25 minutes before we even saw our food they missed a snack wrap and neither of our drinks were correct or had ice. Multiple people waiting to be helped locked eyes with the staff and they just kept waddling around.
