I was so excited about the snack wraps being back. I love them crispy and NO SAUCE. No ranch…I had to say it like 4 times. She confirmed …I get home… Only to take a huge bite out of a tiny SLIMY lettuceless – 1 piece of cheese DISGUSTING RANCH FILLED WRAP.
What is wrong with this staff here!?
Ruined my entire experience more than once but this was my final straw!!!! My dog won’t even eat it. Disappointed is an understatement ☹️

Look, I’ve had many experiences with people not putting any pickles when i pay for extra pickles, but Niya and Mikaylah are amazing, Mikaylah helped get everything sorted and her and Niya made sure I got my extra pickles this time. I love them for that and I absolutely love the patience Mikaylah had helping me out with the trouble I’d been having on getting my pickles. It sounds ridiculous, but when you’re endlessly stressed every day and all you want it pickles, and someone finally gets you your pickles, it feels like heaven.

I recently today ordered fries, and they’re oil was so old that I had heart burn and I thought I was going to die, my Frenc fries were so brown and I gave them back and the lady gave me the same thing, a health inspector needs to come and see this place and look at the kitchen and shut it down.

It wasn’t as horrible as it usually is. My kids get to pick a place at least once, if I can afford it, it’ll end up being two lol. A younger new lady because I’ve never saw her before. (Sounds like horrible parenting) ♀️ usually I place a mobile order and I order the say exact thing and SOMETHING is always wrong or not in the bags. I’ll place a mobile order and get out of the quicker by just running up there. The “younger females” seem to care more about their phones than giving me what I ordered and paid for. It’s like I’m bothering them. It’s just always been an issue with the younger crew especially thinking their above us or myself in general. I give respect when I get respect

Don’t bother placing an order online, there’s no point. Tried to get some breakfast on my way to work and ended up waiting a full 15 minutes on a burrito. I know because I literally heard them bag the breakfast sandwich I also got, then ask for the burrito. Multiple times. And that was after my order was marked completed. I watched them serve literally everyone else in the store before me. I had 2 items and the breakfast sandwich I got was cold by the time I finally got it because they had bagged that first. AND I was late to work because of all this. Awful start to my day, thanks McDonalds.

Put in a mobile order and they refused to give me my order, even though I had the order number and online receipt. Had to have my husband come up. They finally said they had it but when we got home the food was hard and looked like it had been on the ground. The fries had dirt and small hairs in it. All of the food was cold and hard. That food was supposed to be for my children and because of their petty actions my children could have got seriously ill! Granite City I think it’s time we go to the corporate offices of these restaurants because the franchise owners of these establishments aren’t taking the safety of their customers and their families seriously! Don’t suppose these business that are intentionally trying to harm our families.

Absolutely disgusting order mcdouble with extra pickle and onion I receive plain mcdouble no lettuce no sauce no pickle and onion ice cold. I take it back will remake it they say. They give me same burger back they didn’t fix it.
I Ordered chicken tenders they give me chicken nuggets. Just avoid this place how do you mess up a order twice is insane. I threw it to dog and he wouldn’t even eat it who serves people cold food….

This has quickly become one of the worst McDonald’s locations I have ever been to. Just left after waiting in their drive thru for nearly 30 minutes after CHECKING IN WITH A MOBILE ORDER AT THE SPEAKER only to be told that my order was not in their system and I would need to contact corporate for a refund. If my order was not in the system I could have found out 20 minutes ago after you finally answered the speaker. Absolutely ridiculous, unfathomably bad service.
And that’s just tonight, this is just the final straw for me and this location. I had already started avoiding this location due to a evolving pattern of poor service as well as generally poor food quality, but took a risk tonight just trying to get some chicken nuggets and fries for my picky kid who didn’t want Chinese.
Now I’m at Burger King with my money.
Avoid this location at all costs until they get their operation in order.

If I could give zero stars I would. After working from 6 am-3pm, then spending almost 2 hours trick or treating with my kids it was late we were all tired and I wanted to get them a quick bite to eat. I pulled into the drive thru around 7:48 pm and placed my order. Finally around 8:11pm I was able to pay for my food. The only reason I did not leave was because my child begged me to stay. Also, I already paid for my food. Finally at about 8:36 pm I was almost to the food windows. When I got to the window the kid asked me for my receipt. Takes a little bit to get my food at that point we had almost sat in the drive thru for an hour. I get the food just relieved I can finally go home. I get home and my poor child is almost in tears because after all that her chicken sandwich looks like the pictures uploaded. I try to call and not only is there no answer but the mailbox is full. I called the next day at around 4pm and talked to a manager named Kia. She told me that they are having freezer problems and needed to get rid of the food so it doesn’t go to waste. She told me I could come get another sandwich. I am going to chalk this up to a loss but I’m definitely never coming to this location again. My total was $28 and some change plus all the gas that ran out of my tank waiting for some food that will possibly make my child sick. Smh why would I come get a chicken sandwich from you if you just admitted your freezer is having issues. Please get retrained in safe food handling. You are going to make people sick.

Waited at drive thru for 10 minutes at speaker didn’t get any answer literally nothing pulled to the drive through window waited 20 minutes not a soul answered me, watch the manager, walk past the window, several times looking at me didn’t come to the window to help and had to call the store numerous times no answer. I have had nothing but problems with this manager. She is nothing but rude disrespectful and just makes the plays look and seem horrible. Doesn’t take orders. Always tells people that they’re not accepting orders or flat out just doesn’t answer if you guys need somebody to take her shift on midnights I will gladly take her managers shift, I have my servsafe . I have all of that.
