The worst McDonald’s experience ever!! Every table in the lobby was dirty, the pop coming out of the machine was so warm it melted the ice immediately and I had to go get more ice. The food took forever. There were no large cups then when I finally got one there were no large lids in the lobby. No sweat tea in the lobby either. And the service was less than great. Our cashier looked like a druggie and was not polite. Seemed as if she was annoyed to help us. Also the storage closet to the chemicals was left open the entire time I was in the lobby and no one was even cleaning.

Everytime I go inside to order, they put all the drive thru customers ahead of you. You sit theŕ and wait. It really should be first come, first served. I understand that when i walk in, there are already 3 drive thru orders ahead of me. That is fine, but dont put more drive thru orders ahead of me. Just because the only performance metric you have is on your drive thru!
