I had a great experience at this McDonald’s. I didn’t catch her name, but the young lady with blonde hair and some tattoos had a wonderful attitude! She did a great job helping me, and made sure that my order was right. I received my food quickly, and everything was great. The bathrooms were clean, as well as the rest of the restaurant. Very positive experience!

girl (skinny, glasses, and hella charms on her hat) who took our order had an attitude on the speaker cus we asked for a second. we order, and get everything plus 2 medium fries. get to the window and lo and behold shes not there. we wait like 5 mins and i watch them set multiple bags on the counter while the guy she sent to the window stood there and stared at us. then he turns around and looks in the first bag and realizes its our food, we get it, and we are missing fries. she never rang them up. multiple witnesses to the statement of fries. he tries to get us our fries and i see her goin on and pointing at us thru the window giving us looks, guy tells us we have to pull around again to order fries. as hes saying this shes still staring and bucking her head at us for lookin back.

Stopped in to grab a couple sundaes and their soft serve ice-cream dispenser didn’t work. This is an issue nationwide with McDonalds can anyone tell me how a corporation as large as McDonalds can’t seem to get machinery that works all the time?

No matter what people experience; they need to know circumstances can happen. Ya they could have a terrible day at this location, but the next time, it could be just the best. For me, they didnt have the hot coffee “holders”, but [the manager] I presume provided an alternative to use the drink carrier to carry the coffee. Ill give her an A on that. Nice job. It should be 5 stars really. They always act professional.
I drive a semi truck and im grateful they have parking for us, its not much if a parking lot, but ill take it, because I know the flip flippers wont bother.

If I could do no stars I would. W come here all the time and my children love to play.
But I find it very rude when we show up at 7:30 – 8:00 and the play area is being cleaned and the lady cleaning it is very rude and won’t let the kids play.
When asked if there was a reason she said no. She just didn’t want to clean it twice. Then went behind the counter and was on her phone the whole time we were there.
I will be calling higher up!!!

I had a terrible experience at this McDonald’s today. Around 10:30 a.m., the blonde manager working the drive-thru was extremely rude and unprofessional. She became frustrated while trying to redeem my rewards, started yelling, and kept slamming the drive-thru window shut on me instead of resolving the issue. When I called back around noon to report the situation, she falsely identified herself as “Katrina,” even though she’s a white woman with blonde hair — which shows a complete lack of honesty and accountability.
To make matters worse, I waited over an hour for my food, and when it finally came out, it was cold and poorly prepared. The service and management at this location are far below McDonald’s franchise standards and need serious improvement.

The blonde Katrina manager working the drive-thru around 10:30 a.m., when lunch service began, was unnecessarily rude. She raised her voice over a simple request for a small cup of water, stating it would cost 50 cents. Her attitude was unprofessional and uncalled for. Additionally, the food quality at this location consistently falls below McDonald’s usual standards.

Most people that work there are very disrespectful. If you ask for extra they charge you but not put it on your food. I’ve had to go in there multiple different times because they gave me the wrong order. Someone didn’t ring up my order the right way so I had to go inside tell them that my order wasn’t wrong in right and then the lady told me to call the popo. Every time I go to this place there’s always an issue or a problem with the person working and they never get your food right.

Food was hot and good. The lady working the counter was friendly and professional. She not only took our order, she immediately went to the fountain area and restocked medium lids and napkins that were completely out. She apologized and said she just arrived for her shift so hadn’t had a chance to check it. Previous shift could take some tips from her 🙂

Wrong sandwich when ordered in app for drive through. Then the counter person made a big deal of throwing it in the garbage when I came in asking for the correct sandwich. Bathroom was filthy and unclean also. Same bathroom used by their employees, ugh….
