On a good note…. the food was fresh and good. Now the bad … the building is need of a major update. I’m surprised McDonald’s let’s them get this restaurant to this level. There is wet floor cones everywhere because the ceiling is leaking. Everything is wore out and dirty. Floors and counters needed major swept and moped. The staff was fast and friendly but they are working in a wore out building. Place also has a pig farm smell in it. Also the self ordering kiosk wasn’t working. Says it’s updating. Truck parking lot is full of deep potholes…please see pictures. Be careful

Let me start by stating that I go to McDonald’s nearly every day while traveling throughout Illinois. However, this has got to be the worst experience at McDonald’s I’ve ever had! I went into the bathroom, and it looked like it hadn’t been cleaned in days. No toilet paper or paper towels, which really makes me worry about the employees preparing food there. I had already placed a mobile order on the app for counter pick up, but they gave me the wrong sandwich. When I asked the lady behind the counter to correct it, she was very rude and said she could only provide what the app listed. I tried to show her that what I had ordered clearly wasn’t what I was provided, but she began acting even more rude with her comments. She then began ignoring me and helping other customers instead. Listen, I know everybody can have a bad day at work from time to time. I totally understand that. But to take it out on other people, especially your customers, is just not acceptable at all. The cleanliness of the restaurant has to be addressed, but the customer service here is even more disgusting.

Did a mobile order, I ordered a deluxe qp with no mustard or pickles, so it comes with ketchup and onion, missing the lettuce and tomatoes. Forgot my chocolate milk for my happy meal, and my daughters mcdouble was supposed to have no cheese and it had cheese on it.

My burrito was soggy and looked like its been sitting all morning. I nicely asked for a fresh one and the manager told me to throw the old one away. Excuse me you should have thrown it away before giving it to me. Attitude and all! I was nice and very respectful. 0 stars!!!

I love getting my Holiday pies and Lrg Caramel Frapee with 3 shots of extra caramel. I love how when they’re absolutely fresh they taste just like fresh baked sugar cookies straight out of the oven. I love everything about my caramel Frapee. Service is super fast when using the online app and especially if you go there several times a day they get to know you as their regular. The price could be cheaper for sure. Ordering was so simple I did it on the app. online app makes it super fast, convenient and simple plus makes pmts all in one.

I keep trying to give this place chances, but staff is always rude or never knows how to ring up an order correctly. I called to see if breakfast was open until 10:30 or 11 because I was starving after class and the lady on the phone who answered gave me the worst attitude and basically called me stupid, saying no mcdonalds in the state is doing breakfast past 10:30. Check an hour away at Paris McDonalds. They want to give me my steak, egg, and cheese bagels at 10:45. Sorry yall suck, but this place needs shut down or a new owner or a manager who cares about the customers. Workers there dont. Oh- and the parking lot is pot hole central.

The staff has improved a lot. They are super friendly & always double check things with customer. Granted it is mcdonalds, but I never have any issues with food quality or mistakes here, even when they are busy.
