Went to the Mahomet McDonald’s to pick up food to bring in to meet with kiddo who is in kindergarten, for her birthday lunch at school. Luckily, her happy meal was ok but my husband’s quarter pounder with cheese was raw. Not just pink, but raw. Never had this issue before but also don’t frequent McDonald’s very often.

Service depends on the crew working that shift; you might get a cheerful “Welcome to McDonald’s!” or someone who’d rather be anywhere else. Still, for the price and speed, it’s hard to complain too much.
McDonald’s has also done a solid job adapting. The mobile app makes ordering painless, the coffee’s surprisingly good, and the newer locations feel more like modern cafés than fast-food joints. I’d like to share my thoughts on the excellent customer service and fresh food provided by this McDonald’s location. I had never been here before, but the employees did an absolutely wonderful job. They were very patient with us and went above and beyond to ensure that all of our needs were met. I especially want to give a shout out to one employee who really stood out – he was exceptional in his service. The manager was also great and provided excellent customer service as well. Overall, I highly recommend this location to anyone who wants to enjoy a great meal with top-notch customer service.

Place is completely dead and so nasty on the inside. My sandwich and my husband sandwich had so much sauce the sandwich wouldn’t even stay together just kept sliding all of and making a mess. Cleanliness should be a key factor ESPECIALLY IF THEY ARE COMPLETELY DEAD. The floors where sticky from the counter to the drinks my slides where sticking to the floor. Normally this is my favorite McDonald’s but seeing how dirty the dining room was watching the workers just walk past and look at the mess it’s mind blowing really over flowing garbage too flys landing on my food I get fast food I was a manager once for fast food so my question is does the lack of cleanliness come from a manager that don’t take pride in their job and don’t care to make sure their store is clean or workers who don’t respect their manger either way the health dept would have a field day with the way this lobby looks and the fact the teas time stamp is wayyy past its time Smdh do better!

I had to ask them for a Whopper as a dare, and they treated me very politely when they told me “I’m sorry, sir. The Whopper is at Burger King”. Sadly, there was no Whopper so the food was 0 stars. Overall, 5 stars.

Went through drive thru to get mobile order. Got home and they forgot one of my sandwiches. I tried to call but the call wouldn’t go through. Went back up there. In the snow mind you they gave me my sandwich and threw in a pie. Got home and it was missing the extra 2 patties of meat I paid for. Still couldn’t get the call to go through and I wasn’t about to go a third time. Very disappointed

DO NOT GO TO THIS LOCATION! Me and my partner placed an online order (only breakfast options were shown in the app) We arrive to the location and get told that we werent able to get the food we ordered even though it was the only options in the app. Now we have to wait 2-3 days for a refund and we lost the money we had inteneded for food. Very unhappy about the situation and how it was handled. I strongly advise using a different location.
