Dirty toilet. Dirty area around the fountain drinks, you can see tiny insects flying around like something is rotten. Their kiosk receipts are not dispensed and management refused to give me receipt for my order placed at kiosk, all other McDonalds give receipt if kiosk doesnt dispense one but these people are “not my job” people.

It’s a McDonalds. You know what to expect. Today my sandwich was old. Even though I custom-ordered my sandwich, they reused a sandwich that had been sitting around, the meat and dried-out sauce made it obvious. It was quick though.

Usually when I come I have a decent experience. However, today I came through the drive through and had a very rude encounter. After I ordered at the speaker I pulled up to the first window and I told the worker I wanted to use a coupon code. He responded very annoyed and said that I was asked that at the speaker and that “everyone was asked that at the speaker.” I was absolutely NOT asked that. Then after he said that, he just sat there and stared at me while I held my phone out with the coupon. I had to say “can you just put the code please?” I felt extremely guilty after this even though this wasn’t my fault. Now I am questioning if I’m ever coming to this location again.As someone who also is working in the public, I know customers should not be treated so rudely and unprofessional. I was there between 10:30am and 10:40am.

Worst McDonald’s in town… I alway spending over $30 and they mess it up EVERYTIME. The women who is the manager around 5pm on Friday night’s needs replaced with someone who is more fit to run a restaurant. She has no idea how to speak to customers or how to train her employees. People work hard for their money. There is no excuse for such a low quality of service and messed up orders multiple times a week.

Still one of the best McDonald’s in Champaign. The only one in both cities I will go to anymore. Always clean and well stocked. And if I do drive-thru, they always get the order correct.
