McDonald’s is never mind-blowingly good. In fact, on some occasions it’s barely passed for life sustaining substance. This location wasn’t too bad. The chicken was a bit chewy because it was overcooked. The crew did a few weird things that I recommend avoiding. First, the napkins shouldn’t be paced at the bottom of the bag. The problem with this approach is that by the time I receive my food, the napkins were already soaked in grease—unless that was intentional. My second issue is my cup being tossed into my bag with the food, ensuring it’s toasty warm before flooding it with ice and a cold drink. By the time I got my food to the table, almost all the ice was melted.
Overall, this location won’t be amazing; it’ll be mediocre.

Avoid this McDonald’s at all costs. You’re better off walking to a gas station and one of those sketchy egg sandwiches. This location is hell on earth, but instead of demons torturing you, you wait an hour and 45 minutes for fries that have negative salt and are colder than your parents disapproving glare.
This isn’t directed towards those who work here, I’m sure they’re doing the best they can. It’s a burden of the location and the populace that bring down the experience

So I’m editing my review. Service quality is at most okay, you’re not gonna walk away happy. Have seen better McDonald’s, try the one at Neil Street. Place is inundated by students and staff don’t even try to improve on their service since it’s a constant traffic. I mean where else can you get cheap food packed as fast food, perfect for college students.

I was with my mom and we were getting food, we were at the drink area and there was a cockroach crawling on the bars of the ice and drink catcher— it then crawled into the unsweet tea canister, absolutely disgusting. This place is downright revolting. The lobby is filthy, and it’s so disgusting it should be shut down for a proper cleaning. If the front area is this bad, who knows what the kitchen looks like? The service is an absolute joke. You’re barely acknowledged and handed your food like it’s a burden after they call out your order number. Ordering online? Good luck. If you show up after your food is ready, they’ll hide it behind the counter so you can’t even find it. This place is a nightmare, and the root of all the problems is terrible management.

I visited a 24-hour McDonald’s around 3 a.m. expecting to grab some food, but the experience was disappointing. Right as I was about to order, the kiosks shut down for the lunch/dinner-to-breakfast transition, and a worker told us there’d be a 30-minute wait to clean the grills, which was fine. My friends and I decided to stay since we were starving and just wanted to get something on our stomachs. After waiting 30 minutes, we checked again, only to be told it’d be another 40 minutes to an hour because they needed to clean the store too. In the end, we couldn’t order at all, which makes me question how this place can call itself a 24-hour restaurant when there’s a 2-hour gap with no food service.
