Low Budget Advice
The food is fine and the atmosphere is what you would expect. This is not fine dining or anything the sort. My issue is my order is wrong unless I use the mobile app. The staff are nice but when it comes to my orders they don’t seem to be understanding or bother to listen to what I’m ordering and this has happened 3 out of the 4 times I went and all three times I was ordering in person. For example, I order nuggets and they give me a soda. I order an ice coffee and they give me a frappe even when I say no frappe, ice coffee. They also tell me they don’t have something one time and then try to get me to buy it another. This happened all three times as well. They tell me no frappe two weeks ago. They don’t have them and then today they tell me they don’t have peppermint ice coffee but the one time I ordered on the app they made it perfect. Honestly I think they are good people and trying their best and I also think it’s not too much of a bother to listen to what words I’m saying. I don’t think I’m being rude, I say please and thank you and when it takes half an hour for a coffee its whatever. I just want my order to be correct. I don’t think that’s too much to ask from a fast food joint especially when I order one thing and only one thing each time.

Today I ordered four 2 packs of strawberry cream pies.they had a deal which was a 2 pack was supposed to be $1.20 instead of another $2.19 so I thought why not. After the ordered arrived through DoorDash I noticed that half of it was missing.they only gave four instead instead of eight. I mean it was four 2packs which is supposed to be eight in total. How could u get something so simple wrong.

Three people helped myself and my daughter while we dined in. Amanda and Tayja were the two ladies I was able to get their names and the young man who took our order I didn’t see a name, the staff/crew did an amazing job. Super curious, kind, patient, able to navigate app on my phone to fix a problem. All together this store needs recognized for their 5 star attitudes and service. I will be returning. And telling others about this amazing experience.

I would say over all this is an ok mcdonalds but there is this one older guy that works at this mcdonalds. He seems very sweet but he does hand me my cup with at least 3 figures in the cup. He also doesn’t know how the scanning /codes in the app works for the deals in app that you can redeem at the resturant. And the only time I get a wrong order is when he is working..

Staff was extremely friendly in the drive thru. Cashier was really fast and extremely polite, And when I went to pick up my food I forgot to order a medium fry and the Drive-Thru Attendant was really nice and gave me a free medium fry. 10/10 service

I went through the drive thru. Sometimes it’s hit or miss on getting fresh fries so if you go while it’s busy there’s a higher chance of getting fresher food. None of my order was negative, it tasted great for fast food

It is a nice size McDonald’s for dine in. The place is clean. However, the floor is slippery from reused greasy mopping water. I don’t appreciate the way they handed me the drinking cups with their fingers in it, considering during this COVID time.

Flat out, ask the employer question.And they lie right to your face.Expect you to believe it. It’s this restaurant lacks in customer service and communication with their customers.But I guess it’s par for the cores for mcdonald’s.It’s very disappointing
