Ordered a medium smoothie, medium frozen Blue fanta and a large fry with lite salt. When I got my looked in my bag after I let notice they gave me small fry instead of a large and they just put them back in the oil to reheat the inside of making them fresh. It wasnt what I paid for nor does anyone want to eat fries that have been drenched in oil and not drained.

I usually have a decent experience at this location. However, here lately it’s been a very slow process. I was in the drive through for about 10 minutes, waiting to pay and another 5 minutes to receive my food. The drive through soda fountain was down, so no drinks were given with the order, they wanted to charge extra for bottled water. I finally went into the restaurant after waiting so long. The fountain machine works in the lobby. I politely ask for the cups for my order and proceeded to get my order. Another thing that made me furious was the young lady on her phone while drive through was backed up. She saw me looking and bent over to continue on her phone. I’m not against ppl having their phones at work, but when it’s backed up, the phones become problematic. Do better McDonald’s.

Place was okay. Tables weren’t properly cleaned, some weren’t cleaned at all. Drink section was really messy. People really need to learn how to be proper and pick up after themselves, but hey it’s 2024, right?
Wait wasn’t too long and got my food fresh and hot so that’s a pro for me.
A small cup of water costs when in most places you can get it for free.
Service was normal, but nothing energetic.
Love the atmosphere and the aesthetic of this place.

Staff are a bunch of pretty alright kids and a sour, awful manager lady who stands there and glares at everyone. Had to wait 35 minutes for our food the other day.

I am on the road for work so I stop by a lot of McDonalds locations – this is certainly in the bottom 35% of them.
The first thing I noticed was that the floor was dirty and some of the chairs were visibly damaged.
The food was okay. It was hot, but the crispy chicken sandwich, which is usually quite good, was somewhat stringy and trying to take one bite led to 1/4 of the sandwich coming off the bun seen in the pictures attached.
Overall, I can see why this location is rated with 3 stars.

Employee eating in food prep area wasn’t even trying to hide it. Normally I wouldn’t even care about something like this, but this particular employee has been rude to me and other guest in front of me so I felt the need to post this. Otherwise, I actually really like this location.

Store was filthy and bathrooms are the same, new owners need to step up and bring this store back like it was before their new purchase!!! You represent MCDonalds and you need to step up!

Cannot get an order right to save their lives. No matter how many times I order my food without condiments it comes with it all on there anyway. I put the order in online so it’s literally spelled out for them. Lazy employees that don’t want to do their jobs but want top wages. If you fail at filling orders correctly at McDonald’s chances are you aren’t going to do any better. Might have to make something fresh instead of the hockey puck with cheese that I received for 15 bux. The place is useless unless you want old food from lazy people. If you don’t like your job then leave it. Stuff is too expensive to waste money on incompetent employees with little or no management. This isn’t a 1 off. Happens entirely too much. They obviously don’t care about food allergies. If you go there to get it it will still be wrong and you’ll wait forever to get it while the employees are on rheir phones and act like it’s a problem that you are there. Do yourself a favor and avoid both east peoria McDonald’s. Terrible food and service at both

I been trying to get in contact with the owner of this location. My son has racial slurs spoken to him by three managers at this location. My son just got hired on at this location and for three white managers is not acceptable. I asking for them to be fired! no telling how many other minority have been harassed by these managers at this location. My son doesn’t feel comfortable back to work there a straight shame on McDonald’s! Your truly a very angry and disgusted parent! Nobody wants to be accounted for their actions.
