Food is always great but can’t understand how I can never get my whole meal through the drive through. Last time didn’t receive sausage with hot cakes and this time got 1 butter and no syrup for hot cakes but sausage was there. Out of town by time realized messed up order and no time to turn around to complain. Really not worth the wait time or money anymore. Used to be a great restaurant but now seems employees are more concerned with their pronouns than putting order together correctly for customers. Hope the next round is better.

Unable to give -stars unfortunately. One of the worst McDonald’s experiences ever at this one. This place was not busy at all how can you seriously not get the order right with 5 people standing around chatting. Ordered 2 double cheeseburgers, 2 10 piece nuggets and a medium fry. Got 1 burger, no BBQ sauce for the nuggets which were semi warm, and frys were way over salted. Skip this one as there are plenty of other options to to spend money at such a disappointment as I was looking to enjoy my meal that I drove 30 minutes for on way to work an 8 hour shift before I make a 3 hour drive home just to miss spending Halloween with my family.

Came at night and the fries were burn to to a crisp had to send them back to get fresh ones they do not mix up the mcflurrys anymore just throw the cookies on top the tables were filthy and the noise from the employees in the kitchen reminded me of a high school cafeteria very unprofessional will be going to the other location

A woman at the pay window was so rude to me after I gave her a code for my order. she never gave my a receipt and rolled her eyes at me twice with a mocking tone and a shaken head. I said Please and thank you and even said I had a code Before hand but was ignored. She seemed middle aged and her hair was in a fading Red pony tail. I am not sure if she was having a bad day, but she clearly took it out on me. I am disgusted and upset that she had not only treating me that way but probably others. I wanted to get a refund right then and there, but i did not want to hold the line. I do not like supporting a location with mean employees. I HARDLY have problems with this store. I LOVE this location but I have never seen her before and the fact she acted that way was insane and will drive away customers. DO BETTER I already contacted your online services.

The past couple times we have been to this mcdonalds the hamburgers has been pink , There suppoose to be in a timer it shouldn’t be that hard to cook the patties correctly , Pregnant people have to have well done meat no pink this issue needs resolved , someone needs to teach the cook how to cook frozen patties Thanks

I personally saw a worker drop a Grinch meal onto the floor by the fryer picking each piece from the oil covered dirty floor and place in back in the box to serve it. That is extremely unsanitary, harmful and disgusting.

Watched my food sit there in the bag for about 10 minutes straight while I also watched the workers play on their phone, and trying to fix her broken necklace which could have waited. You can see me in the window getting frustrated because it’s taking up my break time and she still didn’t hand me my food. By now my food is not fresh and I’m sure the line is super backed up. Sure was when I got there there was no cars by the time I left cars were almost to the entrance. Just because they wanna play on their phones and fix their necklace ♀️it just blows my mind because they seen me sitting there waiting the whole time, even made eye contact but couldn’t think to bring me my food.
