The person who took my order at 5:21 PM on 1/22/26 was extremely rude. He repeatedly rushed me, talked over me, and kept asking “are you done” while I was still ordering. When I provided a promo code and it didn’t come off, he immediately tried to blame me and said the code didn’t work. I gave him the code again and it worked, which suggests it was entered incorrectly the first time. I don’t usually leave reviews, but the attitude and lack of professionalism were unacceptable.

I would like to start off by saying that I never eat McDonald’s it’s probably been years since I’ve even walked into one. My son actually had a doctor’s appointment this specific day and it just happened to be my birthday also. He told me he wanted to buy me breakfast and there weren’t really many options in Morton, so we decided to go to McDonald’s. We dined in, there weren’t many people there so it wasn’t crowded at all and there were plenty of open parking places. We used the kiosk to place our order, and he had the app, so he was able to get some special deals because of having that. We just stood and waited for our meal, we didn’t have to wait very long, then we went to sit down. We did notice that they were receiving some sort of a inspection because there were alot of people walking in the bathrooms together and talking about certain things in the restaurant. It was nice to see that regular inspections do take place. I have to say that this is probably the nicest McDonald’s that I have ever been in! It has been quite some time, so I’m not sure if all of the McDonald’s look like this specific one, but this one looked like it was freshly updated and remodeled with more of a modern twist! It had a beautiful private booth in the middle of the restaurant next to the soda machines, and I thought that was pretty neat looking. I didn’t get a great picture of it because there were people sitting there, and I try not to get people in my pictures. I also noticed that they have the playground in this one too which is awesome! I had no idea that it looked like this on the inside! I plan on bringing my little kiddos back here at some point to play on the playground while having lunch, it really is very nice on the inside!
I got the bagel for breakfast and noticed that the bacon was a little bit chintzy, not even sure that it was an entire piece of bacon but the sandwich was still good. I also tried the Tres Leches frappe for the first time, and that was pretty good too, it’s been a long time since I had a frappe. The best part about my meal was the bonding time that I had with my son. It didn’t matter where we went as long as I was spending that time with him. It was the absolute perfect start to my birthday, and I wouldn’t have changed it for the world. Thank you for being open and having exceptionally good service this specific day and creating a staple memory in my life.

Hope that service was a joke asked for a manager and was told I was speaking to one I go through this McDonalds often and they’re usually really nice I’m upset. They seem drunk and shouldn’t be allowed behind the window let alone around food they serve people. Sending a message to the health department.

Edit: the last few times I’ve been, the food was great, so I added stars lol. The first time I went I got a Filet O Fish. The buns were inedible- LITERALLY HARD AS A ROCK. I knocked it hard against a wood table and it didn’t budge. It was quite funny but a complete waste of time and money, as I could not even eat anything besides the actual fish patty.
This last time my husband and I went and they gave him the wrong chicken sandwich, with pickles, which he hates. Pickles do not even come on the correct sandwich that he ordered. The amount of cheese that McDonald’s is deeming appropriate is 1/4- 1/2 a slice of Kraft? Literally forcing us to ask for extra cheese and charging us more- JUST TO GET AN ACTUAL FULL SLICE. ITS LITERALLY JUST KRAFT LMAO. I’m not sure if this is at all McDonald’s.
I heard some tea from the employees about a girl getting knocked up, which was actually quite entertaining. They are pretty fast and the fries have always been fresh. Though I am confused as to why the sauces and ketchup are always on the bottom and concealed under everything. Every time we have gone back inside to get ketchup because it was buried and they only give out 2 packets. I know that no one should have any expectations towards a McDonald’s but there has been something wrong here 90% of the time. I hate leaving bad reviews but the ratio is wack.

Somehow we waited in a line of cars for almost 10 minutes (both drive thrus were completely packed) and yet our food was old and cold. Burger wasn’t fresh, with the bun slightly stale, and both orders of fries weren’t hot, instead they were chewy and old. Even the Hamburglar wouldn’t steal this food.

Ordered through DoorDash. My Dasher picked up and dropped off my order no problem. But once I took a bite of my burger, it seemed cold. I went to heat it up and luckily I saw that the burger was completely pink in the middle before I attempted to warm it up. Never eating at this McDonald’s or any McDonald’s again.

To their credit they checked in with me 3 times to tell me they weren’t ready to serve because management doesn’t give them enough time to set up, they were frustrated.
However a van pulled in to order in the lane next to me, and was immediately served. Ended up having to eat some where else (by that time other places were open, I was coming home from a graveyard shift). Frankly have no idea why they wouldn’t serve me, I think I was overly gracious

They have no clue how to cook crispy fries, everytime I go there the fries are cold and soggy, would not recommend going to the Morton McDonald’s for any food especially fries. Employees obviously don’t care and put no effort into doing their job and cook food correctly
