Had an okay visit. They weren’t all that busy but I still had to wait a fairly long time for my food. What’s up with no longer giving ketchup or having it where the customer can get it themselves. You have to ask for it and then you only get a couple packets.

I personally do not recommend this McDonald’s. This McDonald’s is all about cutting costs at every corner possible. I asked for Mayo packets and was told it would cost 30 cents. I also watch them Put as few French fries in the Box as possible while still making it look full see picture. Then I went to get my Coca-Cola and you can tell they have turned down the Coca-Cola syrup because it tastes like water and is almost clear. I told the manager the Coke did not taste very good and he said nothing just looked at me.

I’d give zero stars if I could. They have a habit of messing up my orders. And they managed to BURN one of my quarter pounders! Fries are always cold, and you get half what you ordered.. Tonight went to get dinner. They close at 11. The lights were on the sign was on and the drive thru was wrapped. I got to the speaker where I hear “Sorry we’re closed early for (inaudible) matinance.” I and about 10 other people waited in line just to hear that! The sign was ON! That means you’re open! Do that other stuff AFTER hours! Photos are from the burned burger incident.

Each time I go, my experience progressively gets worse. I waited nearly 10 minutes in the drive through, to grab my little brother something to eat. He takes a bite into his cheeseburger and this is how both buns looked. Unsure how you think this is okay to serve someone, especially after a wait as long as that.

If you complain about your order being wrong and want them to remake it….THEY WILL BAN you from the store.
The wait time is always horrible and the food is made wrong half the time.
I get to the windows and they tell me the no salt fries is a separate bag. I told her I didn’t order no salt fries I ordered my burger no salt. She said she didn’t ring it up correctly. She offered to redo my fries I said it’s ok just give me a salt packet. She told me to pull forward and they will bring out the correct burger. She told me to keep the one they messed up on because they were going to throw it away anyways.
No big deal. I pulled forward and fed the wrong burger to my dog while we wait 10 more minutes.
A lady comes out and said I need the old burger back. I explained the lady told to keep it and i fed it to my dog. She told me she can’t give me the correct burger now. She was nice just relaying the message. The cook manger came out and said the the same thing. I explain to him what happened. He said he made the burger correct. I said well she told me it was wrong. He said the gm is making him do this. I asked to speak to her. And he said she just left. I would have to call tomorrow and talk to her. Mind you he was very polite we were just talking. I told him this is wrong. he said the lady at the window has no right to give away food.
Then this woman comes out screaming at me really yelling at the top of her lungs. Saying she’s tired of always remaking our order and giving me free food. I asked her why she was yelling and she need to stop. I tried to explain but She continued to yell and said she was the manager and she banned me. Wouldn’t give me my food but or money back.
9 times out of 10 I check my order before I leave. If there’s something wrong I show them and they remake it.

Food is fine but expect to wait a while if you go inside to pick up/order your food. These workers for real need some direction. I ordered on the app to pick up at the counter and I waited 30 minutes for my food to be ready. They didn’t give me a drink cup nor the pie I ordered so I had to wait 5 more minutes for someone to come back to the counter. Turns out they were out of apple pies anyways so they gave me my money back. I waited so long, as well as many other people, and they couldn’t even check the bag to make sure they gave everything. Nice kids but they need some help with speed and organization.

Food is fine. Service is good. BUT STOP LETTING THE HALF DOOR SLAM!!!! The little half door between the kitchen and dining area slammed shut what seemed like every 10 seconds. The workers are used to it I imagine. But to people on the dining room it’s extremely annoying.

Did an online order and waiting 30 min for them to come oir with the wrong food multiple times. Watches countless cars come and go while we waited. Manager came out and asked our order. Waited another 15 min as other cars came and went. We went inside and asked where our food was and they haven’t even started it. Instead the same guy asked what our order even was. This is absolutely ridiculous. They need to get better management and quality control standards.
