They have at least 6 spots to make drive thru customers wait. Crazy how making you wait beyond the window slowly became more acceptable. And for McDonald’s, too. They used to be the whole reason it was called “fast” food.

Genuinely how can you not read a ticket like 5 orders in a row. Worst McDonald’s I’ve ever been at in my life. It’s not hard to read a ticket especially when it’s not even busy. The McRib is back, but the sauce is still on vacation! 5 of my last 6 drive thru orders were either shorted or messed up! When am I gonna learn? $28.00 for 3 cold, 1 unfinished sandwiches and 2 cold fries? At least the cokes were good. Friendly people working, but they can’t handle the volume of having 2 lanes.

It’s McDonald’s. Most things come on frozen, and they heat it up for you. We’ll, sometimes. Once in a while it’s still a little cool in the middle.
When I think of McDonald’s, I think of mostly high school kids making more money than they should for doing what they do. Most will not even smile and greet you.

It took forever to get food, the servers were rude, and the through entire meal(despite children being well within earshot), the employees could be heard loudly swearing and discussing inappropriate topics for their place of work.

It was so busy which I can understand as a service worker that it’s easier to make mistakes but when has there ever been cheese on a Mcchicken. I hate cheese and thats just disgusting I had to throw it away. Also when ordering inside make sure to hand out cups fro drinks especially if I paid for it why should I have to wait another 5 minutes after I get my food just to get a cup that I fill myself. Do better.
