Waited over 10 minutes for my food, but that was to be expected because it was a fairly large order. What upset me was that I was asked to pull forward to wait for my food, but without my drinks. I also requested a drink carrier. When the food was brought to my car, the person who brought my food did NOT have my drinks. I inquired about them and was told they were making them. When she came out 5 minutes later she handed me the cup carrier and my drinks separately. I don’t understand why my drinks weren’t made while waiting for my food or why the drinks were not placed in the cup carrier and I had to put them in. The service today totally sucked.

More than 5 people working behind the counter and they don’t seem to be fadt enough. Front counter had 8 people waiting for their order for about 20 minutes and no considerations at all to the costumer. A simply “sorry we’re trying to get to your food as soon as possible” would ease a little bit the wait. Didn’t stay to order. We left for another store.

I never really get the best service or food from McDonald’s, I like their food but… its hard to get the quality it’s supposed to be when no one does their jobs properly. No one cares that you are paying almost 15/meal and it’s horrible quality, old fries and buns, very rarely get fresh meat either, nuggets like cardboard and breakfast inconsistent. Some locations serve the steak egg & chz bagel, and none really serve breakfast all day anymore. I’m just not a huge fan of McDonald’s anymore, but if they brought back breakfast all day I would eat there more probably.

Drive through was extremely slow. At the point I got up to window 2 to pick up my food, there were 4 cars in front of me waiting for food. Sat at window 2 for 5-10 minutes before the 4 cars in front of me got their food. Then asked to pull forward to wait longer for my food. Refused and was then met with a very rude employee that told me to either move as I was messing up their drive through times or no food and a refund. Will never go there again. Side note, talked to people from the area and they said this is the norm. Unexpectable

Went there for breakfast and it was delicious. Actually made fresh while I was there. That’s how all McDonald’s should be. The young lady who took my order was super nice Also. This McDonald’s was fantastic.

I’m usually running through the drive through around lunch time whenever I go to this location. They have their procedures down perfect. Fast, friendly, and fresh. I can’t review the evening shift, as everyone knows there’s always a difference, but their morning/lunch shift easily gets 5/5 stars.

Waited and waited at drive-thru. Someone kept saying give me a minute. After waiting a while and asking a few times I finally asked for them to get someone who would take my order.. meanwhile the other drive-thru had at least 4 cars that had their order taken. Finally order a cheeseburger and large coke. Asked for a fresh coke because they leave cokes at the drive-thru window filled a quarter way with ice from it melting in the sun. So I pull forward to pay and the lady in that window is walking away yelling back n forth with other employees.. she finally comes to take my money. No hi. Thank you. Nothing. I get my change and pull forward. I’m handed a cheeseburger and a coke with melted ice from the window.

Most times they are great and I have no issues but tonight going through before work not only did they bring out the wrong order to us after a 7 min wait they then proceeded to take back the wrong order from us when we came back through for our order. I’ve worked in the food industry to know well enough thats cross contamination and you don’t do that so to whoever ordered two double quarter pounders we had your oder before you did but the most we did was look in the bag to know well enough it wasn’t our order. They were extremely busy tonight.

Every time I go here this place looses a star… I know it’s fast food but cone on… keep raising prices but yet never get what you order. Sometimes just have to reminded why I don’t come here and I will never recommend some to stop at this McDonald’s
