Everytime I come here. Its disgusting. Whether it’s 7am or 7pm. How this place has not been shut down for sanitation is wild. The tables have not been wiped down. Floors have soda and sticky stuff everywhere.

Every time around 9pm, I go through the drive thru to get a frappe and today, 2/11/26 I was told that the machine is down because there isn’t enough ‘ice’ to make frappes for the rest of the night. Mind you McDonald closes at 2am and also sells ice. This happens all the time at Streator McDonalds around 9-10pm, the frappe machines always to seem to not work but work perfectly fine in the morning when they reopen. It’s always excuse after excuse when it comes to the frappes at night.

The place is absolutely disgusting! There are a bunch of school aged children jumping, running, yelling and making a complete mess and no one is stopping it. The soft drink area is absolutely trashed, spilled drinks everywhere! If you’re the owner of this place, you need to take charge or close the doors!

they tried to be smart with me because they said they had no shamrock shakes so I asked for a McFlurry and then he asked me what the main thing you use for a shamrock shake is and it was ice cream so I couldn’t get a McFlurry either. there ice cream machine is always broken

Loud rude kids in the restaurant. Staff was awesome tho. Staff was patient and professional. Some old lady was giving a worker a hard time. The worker was extra. Patient and humble despite the rudeness of the lady. Stay humble people. Food was made Exactly right too. Two thumbs up. Management was excellent too. Food was hot!

Just was terrible, waited over 30 minutes just to have every meal incorrect and cold went back to receive the rest of my items and still wasn’t given everything correctly. On top of that all 3 of the big Macs were missing the center buns

So I ordered food from there I wanted to try the new frappe as well as get lunch, they just had started serving it. When I got my food the drink wasn’t in there and my fries were ice cold you could tell they had been sitting there for forever, and so when I called them… the rude manager whom sounded young anyways decided to argue with me that I never ordered the drink even though it’s on my receipt that’s literally on my bag and as well as to blame the dasher for the food, but I’ve worked at McDonald’s for years and know what old fries look like. Not only that but right after hung up. I don’t suggest this place at all. Now I’m out money with a gross lunch for my kids as well I didn’t even get sauce for these dry nuggets. Do better.

Wow,went in tonight and what a mess this place is! Disgusting and dirty. I would be embarrassed to work there! Just look at the front door side walk and see the black build up and the rest of the place represents the same standard! I was in shock to see a store so horrible! It’s clear management doesn’t care or have an ounce of pride!
