the ice cream machine is always “broken” even since before the renovation i don’t understand how it’s been that way for months and the food it always a hit or miss fries taste old same with the chicken nuggets if you don’t like your job or just want to be lazy then quit. that simple. waste of people’s money

Ordered steak egg cheese bagel got it with no egg no cheese and bagel was hard and hash browns were cold…I was not happy but manager handled it very well and re- made the entire order for me and I got both..I just added the extra steak to the fresh bagel.i thought it was really nice…but hash browns were still cold…but you win some and lose some.still a decent place that I would go back to just because the manager was kind and replaced order before I could even complain

Went thru drive thru ordered a frappe and a coffee. I was told they couldn’t make frappe because they had no ice, but I could get an iced coffee. I said you just said you had no ice and was told just not for frozen drinks. Fine I ordered a coke instead. I pay go get my order and they hand me a coke, with no ice!!!! This McDonalds can’t seem to get there act together. Over the past couple of months this place hadn’t been able to get any orders correct. I said I wanted none of my order, just refund me back my money. They only refunded me the soda, but not the coffee. Won’t be going to this McDonalds again

The new update in this restaurant makes it less personal with the employees it completely blocks them off so they are always in the back no interaction with customers very disappointed

Very rude over the speaker. Lots of attitude when I asked for a smoothie but the machine is down. I manage in fast food myself and never leave reviews but I’ve been disappointed with this location multiple times now.

horrible place. every single time i order food from here it is wrong. i order the same thing every time and they still add ketchup, mustard, pickle onion on my plain double cheeseburger. this place needs new employees because this is getting out of hand.

Went through the drive thru last night – we had a happy meal & a regular meal but replaced our soda choices with milkshakes. When we spoke to CANDACE through the drive thru, she said she couldn’t give us our shakes because she wasn’t making them. We told her that was fine, just take off the ice cream upcharge and replace those with cokes. She then said “technically you haven’t even paid for this meal yet so I can just cancel your entire order.” We asked her to please not do that and just replace the drinks. Mind you, this was after waiting in the drive thru for 12 minutes behind one car. Once we pulled up to the first window, we waited another 4 just for her to come to the window and say “what?!?!?” When we asked for the receipt. She told us “you could’ve pulled up to the other window” and then literally THREW the receipt in my husband’s face inside the car. Once we got to the second window, we were helped by a young man who was very kind and even made the shakes for us. He was apologetic and deserves more for his kindness and having to deal with Candace daily. I understand being overworked and understaffed but there is a wrong and a right way to treat your paying customers and her attitude was not it. We will not be returning to this location, sadly.
