Don’t go after 10pm they almost always mess it up and have bad attitude. My pictures I asked for light mustard and ketchup and there was so much on it. I’ve also didn’t receive a burger that I paid for and a lot of the time the fries don’t have salt on them.

It smells pretty bad inside, and the bathrooms were absolutely gross. They clearly hadn’t been cleaned recently, smelled of pee and something else gross. If I could have held it, I would have gone elsewhere. The woman’s sanitary disposal was overflowing. The floor was sticky and there was dried dirt around the floor. Both stalls didn’t have any paper in the dispensers, just open rolls on top. As someone who worked in food, this is atrocious. It’s not hard to refill the paper and take out the sanitary, at the very least.

This is the worst McDonalds ever. I have never walked into a restaurant that smelled this bad. There was an elderly couple in front of me who didn’t know how to use the kiosk so they went to the counter and waited for 10 minutes before someone to come and help them. Meanwhile the timer alarms for the fryers were beeping and nobody responded. #fastfoodisdead

Found a clump of hair baked into my apple pie! There wasn’t one or two hairs it was at least 7-10 hairs. I had already ate almost half of it and I was about to take another bite when I saw the clump of hairs sticking out. I almost threw up at the sight of it. If I could give zero stars I would. Absolutely disgusting! Do not eat here unless you like someone else’s hair in your food.

FALSE ADVERTISING!! We ordered a kids’ meal for a grandchild in order to get a set of the advertised Disney toys. The kiosk specifically offered the option of receiving a Disney toy. Imagine the disappointment we had to deal with when we received a Tiny Tan toy. When I inquired about it I was told they were out of Disney toys. That would have been useful information BEFORE we ordered. Don’t advertise something you don’t have.

A worker was in the men’s bathroom stall for at least 15 minutes so my son who has a disability wasn’t able to use the bathroom and I had to take him to the women’s. Fish filet was old and the cheese was on the side edge of the bun and cardboard…so bar zero cheese on the actual sandwich. Husband got Diet Coke instead of regular. We are traveling so it was supposed to be a quick stop to grab food and start driving again.

I would give negative stars if I could. Please note that this review does not involve food. I entered the side door and was immediately engulfed in a vapor. Not just any vapor, but down and out raw sewage smell. The urgency of my bladder overruled my desire to appease my olfactory nerves. I take care of business and discover…I am suddenly in an Elaine Benes situation (look it up). I text my travel companions to bring some napkins to my aid. Thankfully one companion entered and spared a square from the second stall. As we emerged from the restroom, we were astonished by the amount of people dining in this cloud of raw sewage odor. Were they hard of smelling? We made a quick decision to avoid ordering food (who knows their cleanliness in preparing food?). The subway located nearby had great food, friendly workers, and most importantly it did not smell of raw sewage. Skip this McDonald and go to the subway.

C’mon McDonalds. Do better! Prices way up, quality way down. Soggy hash browns, untoasted mcmuffins, week old “fresh brewed” tea, 10 minute wait. Wouldn’t recommend this mcdonalds. And no, I’m not going to click you’re stupid link. It obviously doesn’t do any good based on past reviews.

Staff was pleasant enough and my order was up quickly and made correctly, but 2:30pm (on a Tuesday) is long enough after the lunch rush to tidy the place up. Roughly half the tables had food remnants of one kind or another on them and the floor by the front counter as well as the dining area was way overdue for a sweep & mop. The toilet in the men’s room was clogged & overflowed to the point that there was enough water (and who knows what else) on the floor that I couldn’t even use the urinal without stepping in it. An interview was taking place at what was even a dirty table.
