The staff here is very rude and unpleasant. They should definitely learn what proper customer service looks like, and in the very least, say a basic ” hi” “hello” to customers when waiting on them. It’s not that difficult.

Every time I have come here now on multiple occasions , they have told me that they’re shake machine is down. And the few times that I have ordered food, it is almost always been messed up or burnt. Do not recommend coming here, you are better off going to the one by the highway.

Night shift has real bad attitudes, real dismissive and sits on their phones in front of customers. I basically had my food thrown across the table at me and didnt get any whipped cream on my shake. As someone who has worked night shift at fast food this is not how to treat customers or act towards people!!!! Real disappointmenting when its a manager acting like this too!

Ordered four quarter pounders with cheese, 2 lg fries, 20 piece nuggets and a chocolate shake. All four burgers had microdots of mustard and a couple pickles, not to mention they were very pink on the inside. Fries were hard and dried out with no flavor. The nuggets weren’t bad, but not fresh considering we had to wait for them. Chocolate shake tastes good but was melted.
