We used drive thru, they need to upgrade the speaker BADLY. We could barely hear the order taker. The food was spot on with the exception of the server not listening and filling the order completely. We may give them another chance if we’re in the area again.

This McDonalds has honestly one of the friendliest, most upbeat staff I have seen. Very rarely do I get someone who isn’t excellent. The food is accurate every time and the wait isn’t all that long in the drive thru. Slower than some but definitely reasonable.

I come to this location almost daily when I want lunch. I pay extra for the bacon quarterpounder meal, and 3 times out of 4, my burger never has bacon on it.

Ordered a double quarter pounder no pickle it came with pickle told them made me another one then the other one only had one hamburger patty instead of two. Is it that hard to get a order right won’t be back anymore ridiculous

This mc donalds has the friendliest most up beat employee working at the drive thru window. And then they have a grumpy old dude who claims to be the owner that came out and told me I could not get all the dipping sauces I ordered. I ordered a bunch of different ones with all the 20 pc nuggets I ordered like 5 orders. So I ordered a bunch of sauce naturally to go with the 100 nuggets. The guy brings my bags of nuggets (no sauce) out and tells me im not funny and not getting all the sauces and that I could have 2 sauces per 20 piece. So its my fault the app let’s you order extra? My children submerge nuggets and double triple dip. Maybe the old man eats his nuggets as dry and plain as he is but my kids dont. Didn’t realize my order could be changed after I already paid at the mercy of the so called drive thru worker/owners attitude. I hope he sleeps better knowing he saved mc donalds a couple sauce cups.

About 2/3 of the time, the food is just right. Hot and fresh and no complaints with my order. The other 1/3 of the time, when I order something that costs $.60 extra for extra toppings. I get the exact same amount as if it was ordered as a regular item. Half the time I get the extra $.60 worth of my money the other half it’s like they either just rip me off every time and don’t give a shut or someone wasn’t paying attention to how it’s ordered. Sadly I’m almost disappointed in getting my frappe almost every time I order from the milan mcdonalds. But most of the workers are very friendly, so they have that going for them!

I must hit this McDonald’s at all the good times because I never have a bad experience at this McD’s. Service is quick and on point, the food is always hot and fresh. It is what I expect from a McDonald’s but don’t always get elsewhere. I worked at the busiest McDs in the US and know what it takes to deliver each and every time. That’s what this McDonald’s does for me.
I also want to give the manager who was working at 11:35 am Tuesday 9/14 big props. Telling your team in the back they are doing an awesome job is huge and we heard it in the lobby! That goes along ways!
