I have been here quite a few times and each time I have had the worst customer service with the African American employee. I have always been as pleasant as I can with her but she gives a horrible attitude. she makes the environment feel very unwelcome when I simply just want food. hope something can get figured out.

2:30 pm onn Sunday afternoon. Little to no customers. I ordered a 6 piece nugget meal with a chocolate shake, ketchup and sweet & sour sauce. After 10 minutes, I got cold nuggets with a chocolate shake. No fries, ketchup or sweet & sour sauce. $8 for 6 nuggets & a shake? No!! I took it right back!! This was the first time I’ve been back since I ordered a $6-8 strawberry smoothie and was given 1/2 and the employee said “I don’t feel like making more”. Unreal!!!

The one star is not with the time it took to make the food, it is however with the fact that I could clearly see the young man on side 1 making my sandwich without gloves on. I believe his name is Jaxson. That my only complaint I understand lunch rush is stressful for everyone so the time was perfect for what I ordered. Thats just simply not an excuse to put bare hands on my sandwich.

Hands down the most incompetent McDonald’s of any I’ve been to. Twice in the last couple months I’ve been asked to pull forward, and both times they forgot I was out there. 4 out of 5 cappuccinos I’ve ordered hot they gave me a cold drink. And literally everytime I’ve asked, and was charged for extra sauce they either put 1 or none in my bag. Last time they forgot the sauce I went back inside, and stood there for 5 minutes and had 3 different employees look right at me and still made me stand there waiting. Makes me wonder how many times I’ve eaten poorly prepared food.

Had good service in the drive through till we got to the food window(2nd). had to tell the girl 3 different times what our order was and then waited half an hour for our food, fries were Cold, stale and had no color to them. There was also an employee on their phone the whole time while working could see them through the window.

Our chicken sandwiches were okay, a little skimpy on the barely warm fries. My main complaint has to do with being a dine in customer. I don’t appreciate being told someone will be with us but they’re very busy right now. Drive through at all McDonald’s gets priority over dine in at all costs. Dine in gets to wait 5 to 10 minutes to order while drive through is helped immediately. As for your kiosk, if I go into a restaurant I expect a person to take my order not place it myself.

Went through the drive thru this morning. I asked for a sweet tea and also hot sauce with my burritos. Well I didn’t get my sauce and my sweet tea wasn’t sweet tea. It tasted more like the out coffee it my cup. What a waste of 10 bucks. Then you’re getting rushed when you are trying to put your order in. This is ridiculous and it happens way too much. Apparently people don’t know how to read orders and listen to them

They never get your order right! Breakfast is supposed to go until 10:30. Should be later. Plus all other McDonald’s have certain beakfast items you can get all day. Not this location. Even if you put an order in at 10:30 they will only serve what they have made up, instead of making it fresh. So long you get your order in before the end time they need to honor it. People are not going to mind waiting. They should ask if you mind waiting, just in case. But most people are going to be ok so long they get what they ask for.
